My name is Chad Smith i have been in the flood and fire restoration business since 1998. The minute i started pushing the carpet cleaning wand love at first career. The best thing about this industry is seeing the difference of the customer after we finish a job. That was the greatest joy for me. It was more about taking care of somebody in a very stressed situation for the home owner or business manager that has had a damage to their home or business.
