This place is great. Alex is my preferred ATnT sales associate. Every time I have had an issue, she is quick to give me my options. She is very fast and extremely professional, as is Moe and the rest of their crew. Alex was also a top provider at another cellular company and has been part of the cellular community for years. I have come to know the people in this store because of their speed and professional service every time I walk in. I like that they don’t hound customers. This place is great! Had a great experience in the store, but was promised certain actions from the Assistant Manager, who shortly left thereafter, and never followed through. Upon bringing this to the attention of the store employees, they said the only person who could help me was the District Manger, Denis, who they would not provide a phone number for, but only an email, and he has yet to communicate with my husband or myself after 4 days of leaving messages and emailing him. We can’t get a response, other than he has to request it through his manager, again, which no one will provide the name and contact information for. Sounds like the Asst Manager promised something he couldn’t deliver, and now the store is dragging their feet, and will not provide helpful communication, or any communication on the part of the District Manager to keep us updated on the progress and to honor what their employees promise to customers. If my issue gets solved in a timely fashion, I will update my review.

I rarely write reviews… mostly because I am very picky and I have high expectations that are rarely met much less exceeded. The manager at this store, Daniel, was amazing. Most people in retail these days have almost no customer service skills and even fewer «people» skills. Daniel is a rare exception, he helped me upgrade my phone and made sure everything from my old phone transferred. He helped me make changes to my uverse and home phone service and happily answered every question I had. I will never go to another store and I HIGHLY recommend this location in general and its manager, Daniel, in particular.

Friendly and quickly service. They are knowledgeable with thier products. They have many phones and phone accessories to choose from. Will come back here.

Was greeted by the great staff and they helped me with my issues. Had a great experience here at this store. Would come back.
