This place is a joke… At least the recruiter I worked with Ashley Huckabee is one…
This is what happened.
All right, first of all she just talks non sense… I don’t think she works for your benefit but solely to get her commission. I applied for few positions I found on their website and no one contacted me ever. So I called them after a week or so and unfortunately I got this woman on line. She told me none of those positions are still open, obviously not, because it’s been almost 2 weeks since I applied and thanks to them, they never bothered even to send an acknowledgement email once I submitted the resume.
Once I started talking with her, she wasn’t making any sense at all. She told me she won’t reveal the name of the client whom I apply for a job until I get an interview offer through them. WTH? So that means I just have to apply for some random company which she would pick for me based on my preferences and wait for them to schedule an interview. That’s 100% BS which I never heard from any other recruiters in this field. So I asked how do I even know if I want to work for that firm if you don’t reveal the name. She said that she will collect my preferences about my ideal work environment and try to match them up with what’s available out there and then submit the resume but still won’t disclose client’s name until an interview is scheduled. In that case, what if I have already submitted for that position through someone else for which her nonsense was that she recommend sticking with just a couple of recruiters. Yeah right… and lose all the other 1 million openings available out there which these couple recruiters are unaware about… Never heard these kind of stupidity before. She is a joke, just stay away from her if you are real serious about finding a job. Good Luck.
Another update. I left a review on their website for this recruiter since I saw lot of positive reviews about her and wanted to confirm it was legit and not posted by the employees itself. Obviously my review never made it to their site after moderator verification:)
