Chase Bank

I admire this bank for:
Friendly and attentive staff that knows you by name.
Chic Modern Exterior & Interior
Never a wait to be seen
Abundant parking
Checking and credit card
What totally UNNERVED me was the IRA and Investment Accounts & Private Banking Advisor experience.
While friendly:
— Investment choices are limited to Chase Products
— I went in to inquire on why my investments were all losing money — With over thirty years in banking (Including Chase) I felt it was condescending to tell me that stocks and mutual funds go up and down. REALLY?
— Self directed options are either unavailable, strongly discouraged, or again limited to Chase Products
— A major investment was sold to another company without personally contacting me or suggesting options.
I am THRILLED to be with Fidelity Investments where I am already earning 25 — 30%!!!
Do not invest with Chase!

This bank is nearby so I hit it up a lot when I need to get some quick cash. I’ve been in a couple times and the staff there are nice. Its pretty easy to get in and out of this bank without any issues.

Here. I always choose to drive long way to come here deposit the money. Compared to other bank .the chase is the first one I will choose!

This chase bank location is by far the nicest bank I have ever been to. The entire staff is so friendly and professional it’s nice to actually have decent people in this area dealing with your money and feeling reassured that you’re getting good quality customer service. I will continue to come to this specific location even when it’s a little out of my way some days.
