Came here to deposit some checks since I was in the area.
I walked up to the teller and said I wanted to deposit the checks and wanted to see my balance. The teller told me she would have to check to make sure I was a signer on the account before she could give me the balance. It was 2 minutes of my life I’ll never get back, but I was glad to see there was some security in place so not just anyone could get the balance.
Good on you Comerica.
P. S. The Asian employee you have speaks way too loud. She was in her office and I could hear everything she was saying. Yes, it was in Chinese and I could understand it.

Please, dear god, avoid this place.
It’s always a HUGE hassle to do ANYTHING. Even use the damn ATM.
