This guy is a crook. I took my cell phone in for a simple screen repair. He said it would be ready that evening or the next day. I went in the next day, the phone was not ready. The next day, again, phone not ready. The next day it was closed. The following day was Sunday. On Monday evening I went to pick it up. Once AGAINNN, not ready. He, showed me the phone and started yammering nonsensical garbage to me about the«sensitivity» of the repair.(Yeah yeah yeah, just fix my gd phone??) The next day, I’m so angry I have my son run in and get the phone(at the tune of $ 100). Upon inspection after returning home I see there are two minor cracks and a glue smudge. I call«Rohan»(probably not even real name) and he tells me those weren’t really cracks in the screen, they are cracks underneath from the original damage. Well, what do I know. Two mornings later I wake up and screen is cracked all over again. it has SPREAD. I call, Snr Mr ROHAN is off today. I say, well, isn’t he the owner? I’m filing a claim with BBB today.

DONOTEVER use this business. They don’t even deserve the 1 Star I was forced to give them. First of all, the name of their business is spelled incorrectly on this forum. I brought 2 iPad’s to them for repair. The first one took about an hour, as promised, and is fine. The second one had water damage and they told me they needed a couple of days to do the water chemical treatment. The owner told me that he wouldn’t do anything except the water treatment without calling me and telling me what was going on first. That was fine with me. 3 weeks and several phone calls not returned later, I went down there to retrieve my iPad. They told me it was not on site, but at a «warehouse» 10 – 15 minutes away. My iPad was NOT fixed because of a motherboard issue(which is also fine, I don’t expect miracles). It doesn’t even look like ANYTHING was done to it. One of the employees got the owner on the phone and he told me that he had«personal issues» going on and that’s why no one called me back. Unacceptable and unprofessional. NOTES: –Does not accept credit cards because the machine is broken. –Employees do not know what is going on or how to find the status of equipment that is in for repair. –Cannot get the owner on the phone despite his telling me to call his cell phone directly.
