I would recommend any other orthodontist. The last day of my braces 5 years ago, he literally pulled my tooth to make it «more» center after my braces were off. It was extremely painful and shouldn’t have been needed if he was a good orthodontist. If you don’t believe me ask your local Dentist. Almost every dentist, oral surgeon suggest anyone but him. I never knew he had such a bad reputation until I needed jaw surgery and they were like don’t go back to him. Ive also heard other stories from other patients. Even my own sister.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years now and have nothing negative to say about Dr. Crosby. The office was recently upgraded and is located on Campbell about 2 mins from the old one. I like the layout of the office more now and it’s a little more relaxing. Some people may not like that there is no «privacy» but I don’t have a problem with it. I will say though, that I’ve never been to an office with an open layout like his. Dr. Crosby is very good at what he does and won’t stop until he gets it right. That’s a great quality to have for an orthodontist. I love my teeth so it’s important to me that I go to someone who is passionate about results. Invisalign is not the cheapest thing but so worth it in my opinion. They also have great payment plans which is convenient.

I’ve had an exceptionally bad experience, my teeth have not been fixed and I’ve been charged more than the agreement price. Dr. Crosby is like a money making machine who hops from one patient to another and the dental assistants do ALL the work, which is probably the reason that I’ve been having problems with treatment. I did not sign up and payed that huge amount to be treated by assistants with a 5 month training. I’m way too disappointed, please just go to any other dentist. I swear when I came in the first time, he sounded super nice and attentive and I signed up the same day, please don’t get fooled by this. You will hardly see him for 2 mins during the 30 mins appointments.

Dr. Crosby and staff were amazing, I love my smile and trust me it needed some help when I started. His staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, you get what you pay for and that couldn’t be truer with this office!!!

I’m going to this dentist because my regular dentist referred me to him in order to get braces. Its a nice facility with a friendly staff. When you arrive you are greeted by someone sitting next to the entrance. The whole setup is like that of a sports facility with anything football.
If its your first time, they will take you into a small room where they go over the options. They take you back for X-​rays… Once that is done you are back into the room where they go over prices for braces. I am doing the Invisalign… so it is costing more. But my insurance is covering a good chunk of it. In addition, I decided to go ahead with the procedure as they also give a discount.
There are different payments plan available for those you cant afford it. Its fair. The dentist will also go over invisilign with you since that is his specialty.
I only have two complains. The first is that when you are fitted for the braces, you are in a room where all the chairs for all patients are located in the same area facing a tv to imitate a sports environment. There really is no privacy, AT ALL… So anything and everything can be heard. In addition, parents will hand on a «bleacher» while their kids are being worked on… That means that they can see the progress of their kids, but they also get to hear in on what is happening to you… I know its just my teeth, but its kinda private like my health… Lastly, you can tell that they want to sell their services. and I can understand that they want to make a profit.

Ok ok… let me just start with the obvious… it ain’t cheap but come on, I’m here for invisalign so I don’t want cheap, I want quality results and excellent customer service and that’s what I’ve received thus far. Every staff member is informed and helpful. On a money front, prices are competitive and this orthodontist knows what he is doing. If you plan on having your teeth moved, go to a specialist who knows what’s up! Go to Crosby!

I came to Dr. Crosby lookin for a grill. I wanted somethin really dope, preferably platinum, with diamond inserts. Instead he suckered me into buying these clear trays, that straightened mah teef. At first i thought: «Clear, oh snap thats pretty fly!» But nobody even notices them. I mean whats the point in coverin yo teeth with something nobody can see? Thats like droppin some wicked free-​style rhymes on the hearing impaired.
So after a year of this Invisalign business, all i got is straight teeth, and absolutely no fly b1tches. I dont know why these be so popular. They should atleast come in some different colors. I’d settle for some Gucci symbols. I dont know, must be a suburban thing.
Dr. C’s office is aight. He still not taken my suggestion to switch his big screen to MTV Raps, but ESPN aint bad. Oh and Dr. C is a big pimp. I know he be married, but he got atleast 7 – 10 fly honeys helpin him run his biz at all times. He got em trained though, cuz i been spittin mad knowledge on them for months, and they aint bitin. They nice though, so that means they interested, just dont know it yet.
So anywayz, dont be fallin for his rap about how these clear trays be where its at, and how a real dope lookin grill will jack up yo teeth. Somethin about suckin on corrosive metals, gum infections, cavities, somethin, somethin. Save your time and coin, and go see Big Mike down at Six Flags mall. He’ll solder you up some 24 ct sweetness in a matter of hours. Word.
