Established in 2012.

Our business was founded by two experienced real estate professional with more than 50 years combined experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. After working for other brokers for many years we decided to combine our investment portfolio, management, and brokerage operations under one roof. We are now able to conduct all our real estate business interests through one vehicle, streamlining operations and reducing costs.

As president of Dumbbell Properties, LLC I bring many years of commercial real estate experience to the table for my clients. I have experience both as an investor and a manager, giving me a unique perspective when it comes to real estate investments. I have been involved in land development for residential and commercial property and currently own and manage a small portfolio of residential rental income properties. I have been involved in leasing and sales of both retail and office property and have been successful with marketing and leasing of distressed properties.
