I have spent my entire life in and around the Insurance Industry. My father, Keith Kakacek started and grew a company called RIMCO into the largest Risk Management firm in the world back in the 70’s. He sold that company to Tillinghast and started the SIR group of companies. I began my career working for the SIR group at the tender age of 16 in the late 80’s. During this time, I was blessed to be mentored by some of the most brilliant minds in insurance. The SIR group was awarded the INC 500 award as one of the fastest growing private companies four years in a row.

Since that time we have morphed into a more complete Insurance, Risk Management and Human Resource service provider. With all the products & services we were providing to our clients, we changed our name to better reflect business.
