Professional and friendly staff! Low wait in waiting area compared to another nearby urgent care center. Last time I went early, I was in and out in less than an hour! The fees are always less than Care Now, who I will not go back to!

The day before Thanksgiving I had abdominal pain that had been coming and going in a strange way. I’d gone to the MinuteClinic at CVS first and the woman there had no idea what it was and told me to go to an urgent care. Came to Fastercare later in the evening and was seen promptly. The doctor checked me over and told me «of the worst things this could be, I can tell you it’s one of two possibilities», but that I’d need an ultrasound to be sure and they didn’t have one on-​site (which is understandable for a local urgent care facility). He was very kind, very thorough, and gently urged me to go to the ER to make sure it wasn’t one of the «bad possibilities». For the rest of the night my pain wasn’t too bad so I slept at home, but woke up the next morning with crazy pain! Drove to the ER, was given an ultrasound, and it turned out that the Fastercare doctor had correctly identified my precise condition without even having the equipment to check it! In terms of medical expertise and quality of physicians I’d give Fastercare 5 stars! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the practice of requiring social security numbers in addition to the insurance information is a little disconcerting, and definitely could be problematic if you don’t have the SSN of someone in your family memorized or carried with you.

Spent thousands of dollars here over the years! Khanh, the clinic manager, threw me under the bus and into collections over a $ 50 charge knowing we would come back and always pay up? We have kids in sports and have good insurance too. Suddenly brought kiddo in for a sinus infection and 102 temp. wanted $ 150 up front and still charge my insurance too! I said nope, and have since taken my thousands of dollars and future business to Pediatric After Hours off Bush tollroad, and Baylor. So sorry, you have great physicians but a subpar medical business billing and collection process with your regular paying patients. Thanks for treating my kids and family like this?

Other members of my family have used Fastercare in the past but I was «unfortunate» to need them recently. I like that there is practically no wait and the service is fast. Is it a full ER? No, but how many times have you waited at a big hospital ER for literally HOURS? Not to mention the bill afterwards. If you’re regular doctor’s office is closed (or can’t get an appointment for a few days) then I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

I’ve gone here way too many times and I love the fact that they are always so fast! The copay for me for $ 75 with Aetna though which is kinda high. They are a great for a visit after work of you need to go somewhere. I think it is definitely better then places like Care now! The nurses and doctors and very nice here! Definitely good if you need to be in and out quickly!

This place really depends on who the ER doc is for the day. The service is quick getting you in and out, but depending on who you get, you will get different answer and diagnosis from the docs. So I would just call in advance and see who is the doc of the day… and go from there.

They were great! We were in by 7:30 and the pharmacy by 8.
There was no wait so we walked right in and the doctor came in as we were telling the nurse what was happening.
I hope I don’t come back soon but this going to be the first stop if it’s an after hours visit!

For a place who advertises «Our motto here at Fastercare is to provide exceptional quality healthcare services to our patients in a Faster, Friendlier, Better environment» they sure missed the ball on this one. I know these types of places have a pretty quick response time, since they don’t operate in a hospital and aren’t for extremely traumatic emergencies…
My complaint is about one particular dr. (didn’t catch his name but was of indian descent, pardon my use of race) and his horrible manners. The quality of his work was subpar to Dr. Ho who also works here, and was absolutely wonderful. I don’t care if you just opened, during open business hours you should be doing just that, Business. Not dilly dallying around the office, chit chatting, or whatever he was doing but working on patients that are at the office. That’s what you’re paid to do. No bedside manner whatsoever and just made it an all around unpleasant experience (not that these are supposed to be pleasant).
I’d definitely avoid this place unless Dr. Ho is the doctor who is on site. Hate giving this place a one star when the past experience was great and the most recent on not so great. There are plenty of other fast care er places scattered around.

Beware of their hidden costs. They will not disclose all costs upfront. Stuck me with a large bill. My insurance company and I had lot of challenges with them.
