Went today to pick up a an old Xbox video game and I spoke with Justin. What a great employee! He reserved the game for me when I called and he was very nice when I arrived. Had a great experience! 5 stars for that employee!

We went because the squid had to have the new Mario game the day it came out. I don’t have a basis for comparison but the salespeople were knowledgeble and friendly. Overall I’ll buy more games from this location if I’m in the neighborhood.

Picked up games here a few times when I was too short on time to go somewhere more decent. Staff are generally pretty crappy, don’t expect to be treated nicely. I got carded for buying an M game and because I left everything but money and my phone at home(post-hospital fog will do that to you) I couldn’t give the guy an ID. Cue«haha, she actually thought she could get that past us?» right in front of my face. Hi, I’m in my 20’s. I’m over 17. I don’t exactly look 16. Appreciate your crassness though! They will also ask what system you’re ordering an exclusive well-known game for, which makes me wonder exactly what qualifies them for the job besides basic cashier skills, and they try to push warranties on you like they’re a used car dealer on speed. But I guess that’s the policy for you. There are far better places to buy and sell games and peripherals, but this one will do in a pinch. Most of the time. One in the mall has better customer service if you need that sort of thing.

Good place. Always end up having a chat with people who work there. Also they always check the used games they sell for scratches before selling it to you. A few times got a brand new looking disk, instead of the originally craptastic one.
