Heather Carlile began private practice counseling, speaking and facilitating workshops on various topics for individuals and corporations starting in 1993 after completing graduate studies in applied psychology and after 20 years of her personal quest for psychological and spiritual growth via her own purpose and mission. She also teaches continuing education to her colleagues and is a supervisor of counseling interns.

Ms. Carlile specializes in depth psychology and marriage counseling. Her unique transpersonal philosophy, which she uses to relieve anxiety, depression, confusion, guilt, anger and grief, integrates archetypes and spirituality with psychological techniques. Her work includes seminars on stopping self-​sabotage and ReWriting Your Future.

Heather Carlile, is an expert with people… with their personality styles, relationships and adjustment to change. She has been called «a wizard of human nature.» She has a 16-​year-​old private counseling practice in Dallas, Texas and has been a corporate trainer there since 1993. She is a grief recovery facilitator and a marriage counselor. Her unique transpersonal philosophy, which she uses to relieve anxiety, depression, confusion, guilt, anger and grief, integrates archetypes and emotional intelligence from Holistic Depth Psychology with classical psychological techniques. Heather is the author of Designer Marriage, a course for couples, and ReWriting Your FutureSM, a comprehensive mentoring course to «Integrate Personality with Mission and Purpose.»

A Canadian from the Saskatchewan wilderness (now at home in Texas), Heather’s passions include her husband, composer, Jack Waldenmaier, good humor, dinner parties, painting, photography, jazz, opera, cruises, tango and travel.

Heather Carlile created and co-​facilitates Designer Marriage workshops with her husband, Dr. Jack Waldenmaier. Heather invented «Relationship Cruises» because she wants to guarantee that couples enjoy friendship, funniness and festivity on vacation. Jack sometimes accompanies Heather on trips and he helps her teach when they are scheduled to present a workshop.

Heather’s mentoring program, called ReWriting Your Future is available online, in workshops. Her husband composed 9 original songs to accompany this comprehensive and transformational program.

Heather is the author of «Designer Marriage Handbook,» «The Childhood Hero: Our Unconscious Life Scripts,» «Grief Recovery Guide,» «Heather’s EQ Handbook,» and her «Forgiveness Guide.»

She has currently broadcast and recorded over 50 hours of mentoring on relationships and communication from her weekly online Q&A live broadcast from the Red Room on Wednesdays at 8:00 P.M.
