Heights Community Pharmacy

Without a doubt the best pharmacy experience you will ever have. They’re tucked away on the northeast corner of Arapaho and Floyd (facing Floyd) and easy to miss, but do yourself a favor and search them out. This place makes you feel like you have slipped into 1950s suburbia (well at least what I imagine it was like) when the pharmacist knew your name, cared about your family, and you actually leave the place feeling in better spirits than you did when you walked in.
This is now my go to pharmacy for over the counter medicine, prescriptions, and routine flu shots.

I love this pharmacy. I like to support local as much as possible and the service I receive makes it worth it. They are conveniently located right next to my pediatrician and very quick. Friendly service makes this place a real gem.

My daughter is a Type 1 Diabetic, and buying insulin, needles, and all of the other life-​saving supplies she needs on a daily basis costs a small fortune. Alex helps me research to make sure we’re getting the best prices on things without sacrificing quality. As much as we depend on the pharmacy for our daughter’s health, it is nice to see the same face every time we go in, and know that we are in good hands. So glad we found this little treasure!

I couldn’t be more impressed and pleased with this pharmacy! Alex is THE NICEST guy and is so quick. Not only is it convenient because our pediatrician is in the same building, he is super quick. Basically it is ready by the time we walk in! He has had every Rx we’ve needed (already several visits with my 2 kids since he opened) and even some over the counter items. His labels are very clear and easy to read, and everything was simple with our insurance. I’m a big fan and he’ll be our only pharmacist for the kids!

I highly recommend this independent pharmacy. It’s a fast and friendly place, where you get the opportunity to get to know your pharmacist, Alex, by name. My first experience solidified my plan to never go to CVS or another pharmacy again. We were in and out in under 5 minutes – it’s like hitting a small lottery when you have a sick toddler in tow, and I love it even more that he’s located directly across from our pediatrician’s office within the same building (we go to Richardson Pediatrics).
I haven’t seen a sign for it from the outside, so it’s not obvious from the street. It’s located inside a one story brown building on the northeast corner of Arapaho and Floyd, along with a lot of pediatrician offices. Once you step foot inside, you’ll see clear «pharmacy» signs.
You can tell he’s working hard to build his business and to make it succeed by offering services like free delivery within a 3 mile range. He also mentioned if I were in a real emergency and needed to get something filled, I can try calling him, too – something you won’t get with the larger pharmacies.
A&E Community Pharmacy is the place our family will go from now on, and I hope it succeeds.
