I love coming here! The office staff is really nice, especially Cathy the manager. She makes friends with all her clients. The therapists are AMAZING! My favorite therapist is Felicia, who really knows how to get in there :). Finally, the sauna is magnificent. It’s not as stifling as regular saunas, the infrared sauna really targets problem areas.
I have recommended other friends to this location, and even have a convert! You won’t be disappointed if you visit this place!

This continues to be one of the best deals around. I love the staff and the facility.

I made an appointment a day in advance, had a cheerful and helpful lady on the phone. She advised I come in 10 minutes early to sign a waiver.
My appointment was at 10am, I arrived at 9:51. After arriving, the receptionist started talking to me about how she had so much work to do and then started talking with another employee about the woman who had worked the day prior having done no work during her shift. I listened to this conversation go on for 10 minutes and felt a bit uncomfortable with how openly they were discussing it. By 10:20, I asked when I would be seen, knowing my appointment was for 10:00 — 10:50. She said she had no idea because the guy I was supposed to see hadn’t shown up yet. By 10:30 she asked if I could reschedule and was talking about how the employee would probably be fired. She then told me «I’ll put it in the system as an early cancellation so you don’t get charged for canceling» — which I understand the systems have to be manipulated for certain situations, but I found it unnecessary to tell me this since in no way had I cancelled. I came back at 11:00 for a makeup appointment with a different employee, it was an enjoyable massage, the introductory offer but still asking if you want targeted areas. when I came out I was told the owner/​manager had said to comp my appointment which I appreciated. massage was good, but staff was disorganized and somewhat unprofessional. If they had a meeting over keeping certain conversations private I would have no problem going back — as long as there’s no habit of allowing staff to no-​show on their clients.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The lady at the front desk is super sweet and even takes time to call massage therapist the day before to ensure they make it to your appointment on time. I ve only been here twice and had different therapist for each visit but each time the massage was exactly what I asked for and the therapist took their time. Falecia is great for sweedish and medium pressure messages. Christopher is great at medium and deep tissue massage.

Went here for a couples massage with my fiancé and it was amazing! He had a man be Christopher which he felt attended to him very well. I had the amazing amazing Rita which I now refer to as my healer lol. She listened to me carefully, didn’t make me feel like I had too many or too dumb of questions. She customized the massage to my needs and gave me so much advice too.
My favorite part is that there’s no pressure to sell anything they offer! They’re so informative and tell you what you can even do to help yourself feel better from day to day.
I’ve always thought memberships at massage parlors are dumb with all these group on deals available but this place proved me wrong. I will definitely be coming back for Rita!
Oh, and the environment is everything it needs to be — clean, soothing, comfortable!

My first visit was amazing. I’ve was having shoulder pain for a few months and I had no expectations during the massage. But Martha was attentive to my issues and knew what kind of massage I needed. Since early May I have not experienced no shoulder pain. I will definitely go back and request Martha.

The worst Massage place I’ve ever been to. First: I didn’t get a 60 minutes massage. The receptionist told me that it will be a 50 minutes massage as they count 5 minutes to dress up and 5 minutes to undress (What??? Are you for real??). I still agreed as I really needed one. I got only a 40 minutes massage and realized it after dressing up and looking at my watch.
Second: I was given a sheet of paper where you mention where do you want the therapist to pay more attention to. So I said my calves, back and neck. Guess what? I just got points there. Not full body.
Third: The therapist was putting pressure as if I was a little baby. Even when I told him to increase the pressure, it was the same.
I don’t know why did I give him a tip of $ 10.
All in all, a very bad experience for me. Never coming back.

I went here because i got a bad massage earlier that day somewhere else and needed to be flushed, nothing major just focus on areas needed and i would be happy. The front desk ladies were ok, the place smelled of food when i walked in, I could see they were eating lunch when checking me in. One of the ladies offered me complimentary aromatherapy but i declined. My therapist was Irene, nice lady, didn’t speak clear english or didn’t understand very well. She gave an ok massage, i fell asleep so it was relaxing but she couldn’t give me the pressure i wanted or focused on the areas i preferred. Location is ok, parking is hard because its located under apartments. Im not sure if they should be offering incentives to post a review on Unilocal,seems like a conflict of interest but thats just me. If you are looking for an inexpensive massage their introductory rate is $ 29 which is awesome.

I went in on my birthday ⁴⁄₂₂ and had an amazing full body massage with hot stones with Felicia. I had an excellent time and as usual felt wonderful afterwards. The staff here is always nice and helpful. I look forward to going back. :D

Felecia’s the best… she’s GREAT at this… I really enjoyed it and just what I needed. Walked in and was able to get in quickly. She helped me a lot.

First time massage in the DFW. First couples massage with my GF also. It started great very welcoming staff, very relaxing atmosphere. My therapist was Susan, she had great hands, Although there could have been more pressure on some areas, some areas being avoided that may have been my fault for not speaking up. My GF had Anthony, she on the other hand did not enjoy her experience. She mentioned to me she wasn’t happy an she was leaving a little tighter then when we arrived. We didn’t want to complain or judge by our first experience. We went ahead an signed up for a membership an we will be giving it another shot, (trying different therapist) of coarse.

Finding the best therapist for you is a matter of trial and error, because every therapist has their own style and strengths. Nathan is always enthusiastic about his work. Johnny gives an amazing, thorough deep tissue massage without hurting you. Velina combines her extensive knowledge of anatomy with confident application. I have been getting massages here for several months. Not only have I always enjoyed my massages, but I think the staff and management are as nice as they come. They are always super helpful and friendly. I have gotten massages everywhere from very high-​end spas in Dallas to cheap chair massages at a pedicure place, and I tend to be very picky. Massage Green never lets me down, and the prices are great. I highly recommend Massage Green.

I have been a member for a few. I have enjoyed the experience. The massage and massages have been VERY relaxing, I do not want to leave. ;) Nathan has provided my latest massages. Nathan is very attentive and aware.

Yay! I had a great massage here. This has been my third massage & the most priciest of all, even when I went in for the introductory offer $ 39 for first time visitors
The session was 45min long. I plan on going back for the facial as I have yet to find a facial that will serve me best. Great location! Parking is close to a parking garage north of this establishment, very safe.

I enjoyed my massage enough at Massage Green Spa to begin a membership, which means they did a lot right since I’m picky about signing up for memberships.
The massage was great. I enjoyed every minute of it. It was my first deep tissue massage and I was never in pain and afterwards (and all of the next day) I felt great and wasn’t super sore.
I also like that having a membership does not mean that you have to sign a contract. I can cancel at any time without fees. So basically my membership is (1) ensuring that I take an hour out of my month for some TLC on my body, and (2) doing so at a cheaper rate since I typically would have gotten a massage 1x month anyways.
There was a slight rocky start to the experience, however the spa handled it so well. I scheduled a deep tissue massage online and the therapist I schedule with (Amy) was not actually doing deep tissue at that time. So, I ended up having to wait an hour to see another therapist (Jessica). It really wasn’t much of a problem though since I live within the apartment complex. But, the situation was handled extremely professionally. Amy was completely understanding and insisted that I do the deep tissue massage regardless of if it was with her or not just because deep tissue was my goal for that day. Jessica was extremely accommodating and fit me into her tight schedule. And the receptionist was very apologetic and very friendly.

I think have written two online reviews in my life of many decades. I have also had numerous massages and massage memberships at various well-​known spas around the metroplex and globe in the past 35 years. None compare with the massages I have received at Massage Green Spa Richardson. There is no presumptuous fru-​fru or fancy shmancy attitude. This is clean, comfortable, calming, aromatic «you» time with well-​educated expert masseurs. Jessica is incredible. She knows how to locate, identify, label and repair issues only medical specialists have previously identified. Her work on key target areas have coincided with physical therapy, and has improved my mobility and range of motion, reduced pain significantly, and helped me to relax. Intuitive, attentive, and rehabilitative. Words do not adequately describe my experiences with the massage therapy there.

Never had a massage start on time here. Canceled my membership today after the masseuse walked out 15 minutes after our start time and was of the opposite gender than I had requested. The owner said it was my fault for not differentiating between male and female names over the phone… Guess the part of my form that said ‘female only’ wasn’t clear enough?
UPDATE: I DID NOT CONTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP WITH MASSAGE GREEN. I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT WALTER SAYS.
