I hired RL&M to find a tenant for my condo. Four months later my condo was still vacant since they were advertising the rent for $ 300/​month more than what I told them to ask. This company obviously knows nothing about market rent prices and how to listen to their clients when they inform them that they are asking too much for the monthly rent.
Extremely poor at communicating, seven months after I had cancelled my contract with them I was still trying to get my deposit back for the emergency funds on my condo.

I have a rental in the Dallas area. I received a phone call from a neighbor where my rental is. The neighbor told me that the City of Dallas was at my property and some clean up work was necessary. I was out of town and had not received the notice from the City of Dallas.
I called up my property manager, Residential Leasing & Management, and asked them to look into the problem. They called back and said they had called the City of Dallas and then proceeded to take care of everything. They contacted the renter and asked them to remove some weeds and arranged from a damaged portion of the fence to be replaced.
All this was taken care of with one phone call.
