Starting business in 2004 Russell Solutions has consistently delivered enterprise level IT support for it’s customers. In 2009 we began offering online backups as part of our continuing effort to bring new services to our offering line up.

Business Owner

Floyd Russell has been in the IT industry since 1997 and has worked on everything from single desktop PCs to managing hundreds of servers in a high-​availability data center. His goal is to bring the high-​availability mind-​set to the masses by proving that high uptime, reliability, and great service is something everyone can have — not just a select few.

He also strongly believes that the services we deliver should always be accountable. That is why the company shares his name.
