Silver Pyramid

I wandered in, expecting to find a hyper-​new age store packed with expensive crystals and a lot of BS (that was the impression I got from scanning some of the other reviews) — my expectations were way off! The store has fancier gift items including jewelry, small statues and figurines, and spiritual home décor, as well as oils, loose polished stones, and herbs. There are also some books, specialty candles, and spell «kits.» The herb selection was where I spent most of my time — as someone else mentioned, it is pretty small, but I found like seven different herbs I’d been looking for for a long time.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable; the prices were about what I expected. All in all, the Silver Pyramid has a potpourri of spiritual items to support a variety of practices, as well as items that that serve great aesthetic purposes.

Love this place. Wonderful energy. Educated and kind staff.

Do not buy jewelry from this store. Their jewelry is poorly constructed, and the gems used are of the cheapest variety. Silver Pyramid does not guarantee it’s gemstones or jewelry, which essentially makes it over-​priced, costume baubles.
Silver Pyramid describes itself as «mysterious, enlightening, artful, and spiritual» while passing off cheap, poorly constructed jewelry as some kind of healing and spiritual experience with the same zest Miss Cleo used to hawk fortune telling. They are complete frauds. In reality, if you buy a product from Silver Pyramid and it breaks and or chips within a matter of hours — they will not take it back. Period.
I was gifted an Opal ring from this store ten days ago. I noticed that the Opal used was very thin, and there appeared to be a slender gap between the flake and the uplifted border of the setting.
Today I noticed the Opal was chipped. The first thing I do is run through my head everything I have done: did I bang my hand on something? Use some type of damaging product? (FYI — Opals are delicate «soft» gems and Opal rings cannot be submerged in water or touch any kind of cleaning product.) I can’t think of anything I have done to cause the chip. I have been painfully careful with this ring. Opals are delicate, and I know this.
I called the store to see if I could come in and have the ring repaired or exchanged. Let me remind you I had their product for 10 days. The representative told me they don’t take returns, because «once it leaves the store, we can’t guarantee what a person has done to it. Someone might think they are being careful, but really aren’t. They will come in and say how careful they have been, then their partner says ‘well you sleep in it sometimes’. You may not realize what you’ve done to it.»
The salesperson focused on the damage being my fault. She assumed I know nothing about Opals and was trying to get another «free» ring because of damage I caused. She kept saying, «you think you are being careful, but you don’t realize that you are actually not.» She basically called me a liar. She was infuriating to speak with.
Bottom line about this store: they just want your money. They sell gimcrack under the premise that it’s magical like a snake oil salesmen. Silver Pyramid is hocus-​pocus alright: it’s all smoke and mirrors and a big fat con.

I frequent this place at least once a week! I love the energy in the store, the staff is great, knowledgeable, honest and not pushy. Josh has helped me out with different choices and I have learned a lot from him. Sometimes I just go there after a long day at work to soak in the good vibes but I almost always leave with something that has «called» out to me. Last week I took home a beautiful wand, a moldavite pendant, and my girlfriend found a few things that she loves too! They told me how to fix my tourmaline pendant and I am able to wear it again! I love this store, and I would say it’s my favorite place for crystals out of ALL of the shops that I have ever been to. I have so many other ways that they’ve helped me UT you should go check them out and let them help you! Thanks for everything Silver Pyramid!

Wow! I love this place. They had everything you can think of. crystals, sage, polished, unpolished quartz, cards and sculptures. Their prices seem fair compared to other places I have been to in California. Unfortunately it is a bit of drive for me since shamanism… new age shops aren’t hip in my area (boo!).
At any rate, I will be back once I get situated. They have a deal if you spend more than $ 50 so make sure you take advantage of that!

I was in need of some selenite and I walked into this place and immediately knew I was in the right store. Rainy and Carrie were working that day and immediately made me feel at home. Carrie showed me around the store and offered to play the singing bowls which were incredible. If you’re looking for a metaphysics store in the Dallas area this is your go to store. I highly recommend it and will be returning in the future.

Enjoyed my experience here and found that they have a nice selection, given their space. Carrie was very helpful during my initial visit; it’s always nice to find people who have good knowledge of crystals. I’ll be back for sure.

This is one of my favorite places in Texas. The people and energy is great. Everyone is always so loving and insightful. This place is definitely a must see. Ask them to play their singing bowls for you :) love and light!

Treasure trove of a shop ran by some great folks with an obvious passion for what they do. Wide assortment of loose crystals and quartz clusters, and a beautiful selection of silver + crystal jewelry. They stock apparel, incense, candles, and singing bowls as well.

I am so blessed, thankful and glad to find this metaphysical store where I can find lots of crystals. Sellers are so helpful and are good spirits. They give space for you to browse and they are honest especially Josh. I’m just so happy, words aren’t enough! I don’t know how many times I’ve came here but I will definitely come back again!

Visited here a couple of months ago and had this review saved on my phone.
To me, this place was kind of small-​ish. Their selection of stones is limited compared to what I’m used to, but everything they have IS really high quality. It feels a lot more like a jewelry shop to me than a place to find loose stones for metaphysical things, but the jewelry is all very beautiful and on my second visit, I bought an serling silver ring with an onyx stone set in it for around $ 10.
All around the shop, you can find reference books for most metaphysical pursuits, and in the back of the shop they have some non-​crystal/​gemstone odds and ends, like Tibetan singing bowls, incense, and apparel.
It’s definitely worth checking out because they DO have a variety of stones and books, but I’m only giving it three stars because of the smallness and jewlery shop feel.
Unrelated, but a bonus: on some days, the owner will bring in his two Great Pyrenees dogs. They are incredibly sweet and one of them kept pressing up against my hip as I was browsing so I’d scratch his ears!

This is truly a Tiny Gem of a place… It’s in a small corner of a strip mall but when you walk in it’s like walking into a magical peaceful wonderland… I absolutely love love love this store. They have everything you could want and more… The staff are friendly and they know their stuff. They are not pushy and they do not try to over-​sell you on anything… They are there to offer you help if needed and they give you your space to take everything in and browse… I will definitely be back. I think just walking in and spending a little time exploring was very therapeutic. I left there feeling at peace and happy.

This is a nice place for new agey types into «universal love man» and that sort of thing. It’s also good for rock hounds looking for some nice display pieces. There’s a nice selection of gems and polished quartz geodes, incense and other alternative arts. The place smells strongly of incense.

Such a great place! This is one of those places that when you set foot in the door, all stress and cares of the day just fall away, an CD you get a wonderful calming sense of peace. They carry many many types of loose crystals in the rough as well as tumbled. In addition, there is an excellent selection of beautiful jewelry, things such as Tibetan singing bowls, tarot and oracle cards and the most awesome herbal section I have seen in this area. I completely enjoy every trip I make here.

I really love this place! They have a wide selection of stones, gems, jewelry, incense, crystal bowls, and more. The folks that work here are very knowledgeable and are always kind and helpful. Like a few other reviews have mentioned, this store has great energy. I go when I want to buy a new crystal, essential oil, or generally just need a little more positive energy in my life! I highly recommend checking it out!

After searching on Unilocal for a great holistic/​gemstone place near me this place popped up. So glad it did. The staff was really helpful and kind.
They have a great selection of rocks, stones etc.
I was really impressed with their status of Hindu Gods (in fact I purchased a red soap stone statue of Ganesha)…They had incense and jewelry… pretty much whatever I was hoping for they had.
I’m looking forward to going back. They had rocks and stones I had never even heard of. Great Energy in the store!

With an outer space soundtrack, like you are at a planetarium, things are ripe for intergalactic astral projection or a parallel universe shift.
A carefully chosen octahedron cut piece of fluorite became a good gift for a friend who has everything; polished stones, buddhas, tarot cards, packages herbs and other spiritual tokens fills the catalogue of goodies.
The akward store clerk was annoyingly undergoing some kind of spontaneous sacral alignment through the guidance of a customer when all i wanted to do was get access to a rock collection.
I waited a few minutes and finally got some assistance. At check out, he became strictly business when it came to pricing and up selling, so watch out for the New Age BS.
