Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. And the reason people like Starbucks is because it’s suppose to be quick and convenient. Then there is the white woman element, convinced that their orders are to be taken care of and delivered before the 17 other coffee hungry souls waiting. Never again.

I’ve been to many starbucks, but this one deserves a review only because I had a terrible experience. Went through the line like everyone else, gave the cashier a simple order– 2 caramel mocchiatos, light on the caramel. I get to the end of the line, the(african american lady) gave me my drink with NO ice extra caramel. As she was proceeding to make my second one, I told her hey this is incorrect. She looked at me with an attitude, grabbed my drink and gives it away to the girl standing to me. The girl girl refuses to accept as she was wittnessing the whole thing. Then she proceeded to make 3 more grande fraps and makes me wait until she decides to fix my drink. This time she did the same AGAIN. As I was trying to explain what I wanted, she gave me an attitude and said, «this is what it saids on the cup». I don’t understand why she didn’t bother to even give me a chance to talk. If it was an honest mistake made by the cashier I understand. But by this time, I had been waiting for 25 minutes. Rediculous. I told her to forget it. Went back through the line, talk to a tall white gentlemen told him what happen. and that I needed my refund, he said ok. Then when he handed to me, he didn’t even care to apologize. If I am going to spend 11 bucks on 2 drinks and be given an attitude like that, Starbucks needs to hire better barristas. WORST experience ever. If you don’t love your job, go look for another one.

I don’t know what goes on with the GM(African-American lady), but she’s been working there since I was 16(to my knowledge), & I’m currently 25. There were plenty of times when she rubbed me the wrong way, but my last experience was just the worst. My guess, the DM is keeping her around, because of her seniority. Even so, please keep in mind that customer service is all about quality, not quantity. As a result, I don’t feel comfortable going during the day, because that’s when she usually works. I mean, I’m unable to control my temper, but I can avoid the situation. However, the reason why I still give this place three stars is because they have a long table, suitable for laptop & paper work, with a reasonable amount of outlets.

The older African American female barista keeps messing up my orders… I remember when she was relatively new to this location, but it has been more than a year and nothing’s changed. I never said anything because 1) it’s almost always crowded(per usual at any Starbucks locations) and 2) I don’t wanna be /that/disgruntled customer that holds up the line, even if my drink is $ 5+(so I expect to be completely satisfied with my drink). I definitely won’t come back unless I’ve to do so.

Never coming here again. The staff does not listen, they are constantly talking to themselves behind the counter and not listening to the customer. When you have over 6 people in line, you need to realize you are here to work. Move people through the line effectively and then go back to your conversation. This location does not do that. They don’t listen to their guests, so orders come out incorrect. Good luck getting a good morning or anything pleasant. Maybe it’s the location and the clientele, but the staff needs to step up and do their jobs better.

Super friendly and quick despite the fact that the line here is a mile long on sunday mornings. Nothing to complain or rave about with their drinks, they’re always pretty consistent at this location but the service is always great, and even at 9am on a sunday morning, they all serve your drink with a smile.

Definitely my LEAST favorite Starbucks location in town. Not recommend anyone coming here when Starbucks run any kind of promotion, let it be BOGO or Half off all drink. Two occasions so far made me left there with a bitter taste in my mouth: 1st: Almost always run out of ingredient within 2 hours, manager and barista made no attempt telling the people waiting in line they ran out of ingredient(s). I’d ended standing there for half an hour and had to buy another drink. 2nd: They won’t let you choose your drink during these BOGO promotion. You have to buy the exact drink with the exact size, no mix and match. The coffee quality is also sub-par at best.

Good speeds along with great drinks make the perfect Starbucks!!! The only thing I don’t like much is the music, it’s a little ehhh. Also I don’t think I’m the only one who noticed new recruits every day… can’t make friends that way. Overall pretty good. Great job guys keep it up!!!

Great staff. Anytime someone is able to joke around before 6:30 am, it’s a sure sign they love their job. When both crew members are able to, it puts you in a good mood. Fantastic. To top it off, they made my coffee perfectly! Great location!

I come here somewhat regularly. They seem to hire a lot of people because I see different staff here every visit. I mainly order a skinny mocha and they’ve never made it badly. The service at times can be slow but the staff is normally polite.

I have been going to this Starbucks since I was in High school! Great atmosphere and quick service! It is a tad small inside but there is plenty of seating and a nice patio seating.
