Awful place! They let you sign up for a study waste your time and gas making you take multiple trips up there only to drop you from the study the second to last day of the study… its a scam to not pay you! Dont trust this place! They are also highly disorganized. when you walk in they dont even know where your supposed to be in their own building for their study. You could be there hours for just a 15min appointment. It wouldnt suprise me if your paperwork with all of your information has fallen into the wrong hands because they are so disorganized they dont know whats up and whats down.

I went there with my kids because I was told I could. I wait in line for 30 minutes to sign in and wait patiently. There are many steps to the study. My children were getting loud after waiting 2 hours with nothing to do. Dr. Wilcox comes out of a room and screams at them. He should have confronted me but did not. Unprofessional and I am reporting them to the news station

I had a good expereince with the staff that hands out and collects various products. I had a very bad experince with one of the recruitors, Ms. Robinson. She called to confirm and I had to cancel my daughter’s appointment because she was called into work. Her response was very unnecessary and unprofessional. Afterwards I sent her an email asking to be removed from her database where she then proceeded to tell me I was a very rude person. Never again will I do business with this company. One bad apple will truely spoil the whole bunch

They offer good pay to be a test subject for various products. Dr Stephens is such a nice man. The building is nicely decorated in the lobby. Their office to check in for studies is on the 2nd floor in Ste 250. All the staff are nice & helpful. I’ve been volunteering for years & never had a problem.
