Taxi Mom LLC is a family owned and operated company based in Richardson, Texas. Our fleet is commercially insured and our staff is professional, patient and experienced with kids.

Our mission is «getting kids home safely». Our focus is making sure the child is dropped off directly in front of the home and we wait until the child enters the destination safely.

When the child is picked up in the morning hours, we have our staff oversee that the child locks the door on their way out of the house and we ensure a safe and timely arrival to school.

Taxi Mom was originated in 2004 due to my needs when I used to work in the corporate world and traveled 3 – 4 days per week. I always worried about my own children getting home. The business name «Taxi Mom» was formed between my children and I and the LLC was formed in 2011. As of 2015, «Taxi Mom» is officially trademarked. As the owner, I feel the name supports what we do and offers a comfort feeling to the parents.

History

Established in 2004.

Taxi Mom was established in 2004 servicing Richardson ISD only. We now service Richardson, Garland, Plano, Wylie and portions of North Dallas and accept online payments as well as checks, money orders, and cash.

Manager

After the loss of the owner’s spouse, Jake, her son stepped in to learn and manage the business. Since his involvement, Taxi Mom has expanded services in the Murphy and South Garland areas, as well as the current areas. It is important to our client base that we offer exceptional service by providing safe and reliable transportation services.
