Through this focus on the land we are able to provide year-​round pasture with optimum protein and brix levels to produce exceptionally flavorful grass fed beef, rich in Omega-​3 fatty acid.

History

Established in 2007.

Terra Sienna Grass Fed Beef grew out of a personal quest to improve my health. About 20 years ago I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. As a Diabetic, I tested my blood sugar levels 5 times each day. Through this testing, I realized that my health problems were caused by diet and lack of exercise, and I decided to make a lifestyle change. In my case, I realized that I needed to eliminate wheat and improve the quality of protein in my diet. I could not find the quality of beef which my health required, so began H3O3 Ranch and Terra Sienna Grass Fed Beef.

As the owner of Terra Sienna Grass Fed Beef, I take great pride in the quality of our dry-​aged beef. I feel a genuine sense of accomplishment when returning customers comment on how much they enjoy our beef. It gives me great pleasure to discuss our ranch and to share the benefits of our grass fed beef with new customers.

I became diabetic 20 years ago and needed to improve the quality of protein in my diet. In those days it was almost impossible to find grass fed beef and no one dry-​aged grass fed beef. To dry age grass fed beef your cattle must consistently gain over 2 pounds each day. To achieve consistent gain your cattle must always be on green pasture. At Terra Sienna Grass Fed Beef, we have irrigation to ensure our cattle are always on lush green pasture.
