The UPS Store

Associate Tre Boswell was very courteous and helpful. It’s a busy store but they care for their customers!

Waited for about 20 mins because of slow service and then when it was my turn to get the service the female owner just let the person behind me to had service first. Super bad customer service.

This store is the absolute best with customer service! I’ve been in this store 3 times in the past week and they did outstanding! The staff so friendly! Each time is a different rep and is great every time! Today topped it off! My encounter with TRE, ALICIA, and MAYANK was great right when I stepped into the store! They greeted me and helped me right away. They were friendly and had a great smile and showed great team work! This is the best ups store I ever been too. The friendly staff members are great!!! Keep up the good work! Thanks for all your hard work! We need more people like yall! Thank you TRE, ALICIA, MAYANK, KRISHNA, RACHNA, NEAL, CHRIS, and TALITHA!

For me, this place is a waste of money.
The owner is a crook, and in at least one case, some of the staff are liars (or dumb, or both) and totally in ept.
If they quote a price over the phone, they will run it up when you arrive. If they loose a package, the owner refuses to stand behind it. She simply does not care about the customers, but only her self.
They lost a package and the owner felt no responsibility to refund (even though UPS said she is suppose to refund since she took the money and quaranteed the delivery) the cost of overnighting the package which didn’t arrive for a week. The owner refused to do anything about it at all.
Thankfully the manager refunded the money to me anyway without the lowlife crook of an owner knowing about it,
I will never do business with this place again. I am much happier driving a little farther to Garland Ave, or to FedEx on N. Central. and Collins They are honest, fair, sqauare dealing, and they’re word is good.
I was taught that a person is only as good as they’re word.
Hate it for the dishonest broad at this store. Hopefully soon more will see it too and she will be out of business.

In my opinion, the owner here does not give two hoots about customer service. The staff however, does their best (I’m sure under the circumstances). My husband had an extremely urgent document that needed to be delivered overnight and paid $ 35.00 to have it done. The package THAT HE PAID TO OVERNIGHT did NOT arrive UNTIL SIX DAYS LATER. After getting the run around from the 800 number for UPS for a refund, they referred us to the store, who in turn, referred us back the 800 number. Long story short, a salesgirl at the store said that the «owner would be in touch with us» the following day about our refund, but we didn’t hear anything. We took it upon ourselves to go to the shop to see what was going on and the very sweet manager told us that the store owner had decided NOT to reimburse us because he didn’t feel it was his fault. The manager felt sorry for us because she could clearly see we were in the right and gave us cash for our reimbursement and apologized about the owner. I will NEVER EVER SHIP ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AND HERE IS MY RECOMMENDATION TO YOU: FIND ANOTHER UPS STORE TO WORK WITH – this place does not value you as a customer and will not get your things where they need to be.

The staff here is incredible. They are always nice and friendly. Very quick to help. This holiday season when I was sending out my bulk of Christmas cards the staff member offered to get holiday stamps instead of the meter postage because it was cheaper. Also he said that those who received the holiday cards would enjoy a nice Reindeer on the front instead of a plain metered postage stamp.

I used to frequent this location all the time after the location near my house closed. For 5 years, I would come by this place a couple times to ship items I sold on Ebay. This was on my way to work so it was the most convenient.
The staff work quickly and know what they’re doing so you can normally get in and out fast.
This is much better than the other closest location on Arapaho and West Shore.

Fast and friendly service. That is all.
