Gita Faust, Founder and Owner of Fast Trac Consulting in Bucks County, PA, has a knack for making difficult real estate accounting concepts easy to understand. Her real estate accounting solutions have saved investors, landlords, property owners, and property managers thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in time. Her experience as both a real estate professional and a seasoned accountant with multiple software certifications gives her a unique ability to solve clients’ challenges in the field of real estate accounting.

Gita is an author of the popular real estate and property management book series, «Manage Properties with QuickBooks®,» which provides a step-​by-​step approach to real estate, property management and financial management using QuickBooks accounting software. Her expertise has been called on the development of the QuickBooks Advanced Certification course material as well as Intuit’s newsletters and «Ask an Expert» corners.
