Stupid store policy! I bought a pair of pants that have a hole in them, and because I took the tag off they won’t exchange them for me! You sold me a bad product and won’t fix it for me. Sorry I don’t have two weeks for you to send my $ 14 dollar pants out to get sewed up! Just take me back and give me a pair with no hole! Cheap place. Thanks for nothing

Looks like a warehouse. You are better off going to Ragstock. No style or substance to the merchandise. This location seemed bargain basement to me. The only reason I ranked this higher than one star is because it was very clean.

I love Heartbreaker! I heard about this store from my friends who live in Minnesota. I am always asking where they get their clothes, or shoes and it’s always from here. So naturally, when I was in Minnesota I HAD to stop by. I love the selection that they have. There was so many different types of clothes, awesome vibrant colored shorts, a billion different kinds of shirts, and all types of jeans. Additionally they carry Minnetonkas & Sperrys! Wahoo! Also this place is such a steal of a deal! Everything is so cheap but I love the quality. I still have everything and in great condition. I will definitely be back Heartbreaker!

So, you say you wanna be a rock star without shelling out the cash on clothes like one? Well, get your cute little behind to Heartbreaker! While I am a fashion mess of a dork, I DO know a good thing when I see one. Trust me here, you can’t go wrong. Like, you know all those über expensive rhinestone pocketed, heavily stitched jeans? Well, they’ve usually got about 10 – 12 styles of them for like $ 45 bucks. They also have cotton camis in a continual rotation of colors for like $ 4(and they wash and hold up well), and a zillion cute, drapey, lacy, tops in all manner of colors and patterns. They also have all the trends in shoes, scarves, jewelry, and even lingerie. Best of all, there isn’t much in the store, other than the jeans and the occasional dress, that is over $ 30. It’s certainly not Buckle, but definitely worth checking out.

I never really realized this location existed, and I’ve lived in the area for how long? I went to get a cappuccino Saturday morning at Dunn Bros., and decided to take a stroll across the parking lot and check it out. I am big fan of the location in Uptown, so I sorta expected this one to be pretty good too. I was wrong. The selection sucks compared to Uptown. They have about half the amount of products as they do at the other one. I’m not sure what it was about me, but I got weird looks from the workers as soon as I entered the store. As I continued to shop, I got to hear all about the sales associates party the night before, and how they got to run from the cops! Well, YAY for them… but I wasn’t too impressed. I actually found a cute pair of shoes, that were decently priced that I wanted to buy. I was looking around, and really hoping that someone would come help me check out and try them on. But as I said these young girls cared more about themselves. I decided not to get the shoes. I’m sorry if I sound weird, but I just feel that if it is your job to do customer service, I should not have to ask for help, it should be there regardless! However, I did go to Uptown later that evening and went to buy the shoes. I’d rather buy from there anyways. Overall I would say, if you are going to go shop at Heartbreaker, go to uptown of any of the other locations. This one really sucks. The selection sucks, and the workers don’t work at all! At least in Uptown, the sales associates help you, and are happy(sometimes) to do it. Don’t waste your time here. DON’T!
