Not good at all. Sorry, noodles were old tasting and the steak was dry and flavorless. Then there was the dumplings! They put them in a press and smashed them flat and dried them out. were like little pancakes. Perhaps they should have pictures of the food so the staff knows what it should look like. Very sad for the money.

Dining room is a frigid meat locker. Bring a coat. And, service is a bit slow for working class ½ hour lunch.

«No no, please don’t make me eat out on Mother’s Day!» I said. Oh, the crowds, and people being rude to exhausted severs… So our group of 10 went to Noodles and Company. Restaurant was clean,(including bathrooms) ordering is easy, food brought quickly to our table by pleasant servers. What a relief! I think I’ve tried most everything on the menu and enjoy them all. Lots of choices for both vegetarians and carnivores in the group. I do like the Indonesian peanut noodles. This review asks if there is a TV in the restaurant. Do I need an opinionated newscaster when I’m eating with friends? no.

Was kind of expecting more from this place. Ordered the Curry noodle to go. Expected a little more curry flavor than the coconut milk flavor. Spices were ok. Food portions is a little small for the price. Wish I had more of a serving. Parking lot is a shared parking lot with other businesses so it can get busy during the day. Fairly open at night. Must try? No Try again? would not be my first choice if I had to.

I’m like a food adventurist so I like to go to all sorts of restaurants to try out their food. While here I ordered a Pad Thai thinking that I’d get a Pad Thai, but boy was I wrong. It doesn’t have much taste to it and was very bland. I’ve had Pad Thai’s at other Thai restaurants in the Twin Cities and there is no comparison. So I most likely won’t be coming back to this restaurant chain.

The female manager here is fantastic. I had an order take while once, but while I was waiting they offered me a free drink, and threw in a Rice Krispie treat when I left. The manager apologized more than once even though I didn’t say anything. After I left I called to say give props to the woman who helped me to the manager, and when she told me she was actually the manager I decided to write to the company to tell them how great she was.(yes, she was THAT nice, and so customer service oriented). The food here is good– always fresh and delicious.

This location does an excellent job. For a chain they have a nice variety on their menu. Employees at this location really are professional and friendly.

There’s something for everyone here. The food and service are both good. Great place if you are a picky eater. Be sure to try the new sandwiches.

Love eating here. It close by everything and a nice break for lunch/dinner. I always use the order online tool so my food is warm and waiting for me when I come in.

I love Noodles & Company. A lot; I always have. And I always will. This is my most frequent stop for lunch during the work week and although I try to mix it up by trying different things I always land on the same couple choices. My current obsession is the Med Chicken Sandwich with side salad duo. Although you may be thinking, «Why would I get a sandwich at Noodles and Company?» you should rethink your choices. Their new flatbread sandwiches are bomb. Double bomb actually. My noodle dishes of choice are the Pasta Fresca with feta cheese, the new Truffle Mac & Cheese(truffle oil = divine), or the pad thai. The restaurant is a little on the small side but I usually get my order to go(very quickly I might add) so it isn’t a problem for me. Also, the workers are very friendly and never screw up an order. Another thing to keep in mind is if you need lunch or dinner for a group of people the big box deals are the BEST. You can order almost anything from the entire menu and it’s enough to feed several people. And it’s not even that expensive. Overall, a very solid choice for lunch or dinner any day.

I have never been disappointed with the service or the food. Sometimes I forget that Richfield has a noodles and Company. I know that my daughters favorite is the Mac and Cheese, but if you have to order it for your kids get the full size. That way you can steal half, I know I do.
