Our car was backed into while parked at Target last night. Based on the Unilocal review, we called Atomic as soon as they opened today. They stated that they wouldn’t be able to review my car and provide an estimate until September 17^th. That is 17 business days away! If they are really this busy, then they should hire more people.

So I I’ve been taking my truck into atomic auto in detail for the past eight years to have my truck detailed on a yearly basis. The last time they did it they did a half way job on the engine compartment also they scratched up my window tint. So I took it back to them and they finished up doing the engine compartment and fixed the window. And now they’re telling me they don’t want my business because they screwed my truck up and they’re mad because they had to fix it. I talked to the owner and all he wanted to tell me was how great his business was and his employees were and I asked him why he was running his business that way and he seemed to care more about himself and his employees than his customers. never heard of a business that said they fire there customers. Wouldn’t recommend going there to anybody. It really ticks me off because I spent well over a grand there in the time that I’ve taken my truck there. Very arrogant and proud adittude from the owner. Giving it a one star rating because it’s making me. It should be zero. BBB will be contacted. Joe is the name I used for Unilocal as I’m not displaying personal info on a public site except reviews.

I have used them for a number of years for collision repair and detailing. The service has always been top notch. Recently I took my 1961 classic Corvette there for some minor body work. They completed everything perfectly, and I know it was difficult to find parts. The car was returned to me shiny and with everything looking just like new! They also kept my car in covered storage during the lengthy work.

Great company. Fixed my issue for the moment and will send me pricing for the perm fix. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Great customer service, work, and when I got my truck back, I didn’t recognize it considering the amazing detail job they did.
I will return, but I hope I don’t have to considering it is a body shop.

These guys are AMAZING with their customer service! They always answered the phones, let me stop by and get things out of my car after the wreck, and were so amazingly pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them, and if I ever (heaven forbid!) get in another accident, I will go here again. A+ across the board

My drivers window collapsed inside my door on my trip back from Seattle — had to drive all the way home (230 miles) with no window — and it’s winter. UGH! It was miserable. I chose Atomic Auto Body because a friend suggested them and the reviews on Unilocal were very positive. I generally have some basic criteria I use when reviewing services received.
Here it goes — — -
— Communication: They answered the phone promptly; they were polite on the phone; provided a quote over the phone (based on my problem description); and was able to set up an appointment same day. Friendly staff :)
— Facilities: Were conveniently located; modern and bright; clean and smelled of a regular office — not a auto repair facility; nice comfortable waiting area.
— Pricing: While the quote I was provided was wrong — but that was based on once they pulled my door panel off they quickly assessed that the problem was not what I had anticipated. After providing a price for the replacement OEM part — I asked if they could call around to find one cheaper and they were willing and successful. Saved me $ 100 on the part.
— Timely: They got the part on an overnight delivery. Had a convenient morning opening and fixed the regulator problem within 1 hour.

Atomic Auto Body was fast, professional, courteous, and really paid attention to detail. My car was sparkling clean inside and out, and a thank you card was waiting inside. Nice to find companies and people that still care about customer service!

Our car had hail damage from that freak storm recently. We had full coverage, thankfully. So we started searching for a reputable shop to make the repairs.
Fortunately we settled on Atomic Auto Body. They did an incredible job! You would never know we had hail dents at all. Its perfect. They also handled the insurance appraiser.
They have the newest technology. They are very professional and offer a lifetime warranty. If you have a auto body problem, check them out.

Recently got my car repaired. These guys were very professional, on time, and my car was perfect when it was done. Nothing but good things to say, they even have an online check up where you can watch your vehicle everyday it’s being repaired.

Atomic has worked on 2 of my cadillacs now and I have been extremely pleased both times! they are fast and professional. great work! highly recommend.

Atomic Auto Body has been WONDERFUL. Before moving to this area, my car was rear-​ended meaning that my «case» was probably a lot more complicated than normal due to the insurance confusion. That said, Barb & Blake handled everything flawlessly & were very kind. In particular, they worked with the insurance company to supplement the claim, to get me a rental car scheduled at nearby Enterprise, and proactively informed me along the way. It was magical how little I had to be involved. They even have an option to review pictures of the repairs online every night just in case you feel the need to check-​in on your baby.
In the end, my car was declared totaled which was probably the safe thing to do– since no one wants to drive a bum car. I gotta give them 5 stars based on how awesome they were to deal with– probably the most positive service experience I’ve had in a long time.

My car insurance had to pay for t he repair so I can’rt comment on that BUT for some reason they replaced my hubcpaps with really ugly ones,. It was a done deal when I picked up the car. I wish I had been consulted.
The delays were also annoying but as you move along in life things take time.

This place seems like they have been running a pretty successful operation for some time. To get some work done on my vehicle I had to set up an appointment waaay in advance. One thing I liked about it was that when they had my car in for an estimate, it was pretty apparent they were not going to cut any corners, and fix my ride up proper. On the down side, this means they seem to be a bit more spendy then what I’m used to. Since I was having work done on the frame though, I figured I may as well not take any chances with trying to bargain hunt.
In the end, my car was fixed right, on time and came in a little under the estimate I was quoted. This was on a job requiring welding on the frame. Another estimate I got was for some future paint work, they said well over a grand to fix 2 scratches. OW! To be fair it is a tri-​coat pearl paint but still, damn… Perhaps I shall go attempt to make a first-​born so I can leave it as a down payment (besides, that’s what you do in the Tri-​Cities anyways, right, buy a house and make babies?)
Oh ya, they also provided me with a ride over to Enterprise to pick up my rental. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for another task similar to the one I just had done however I may shop around for the paint work
