History

Established in 1957.

Started as a small bowling center. More lanes were added in the 1970s. A later remodel added a large lounge area and an event center that serves as comedy and nightclub.

Joker’s casino was opened in 1998 and features Nevada style table games.

Started the night out great, the lady who got the lanes for us was super nice and helped us accommodate for our party who was showing up later. Food was great and drinks as well. The only issue I had was that there was some miscommunication about how many lanes we paid for at the end of the evening. The lady tried to say that we only asked for a certain amount of games, but we most definitely did not. They used excuses such as their systems being from the 1990’s. (Invest in a newer system?) They kept telling us that we didn’t pay for 8 games. I was very disappointed in the way they treated some of my family. One girl even called my mother rude. That just isn’t a way to act when you are trying to handle a situation. The people in my party are very responsible people and we would have paid for games if we did not pay. But we all told the ladies what we paid for and I felt like excuses were made about how some people didn’t pay. (Ex: they just bought shoes and said the games were paid for). This situation was unnecessarily escalated when it shouldn’t have been. In the end we (the customers) were right and left. I hope for the future this business does not treat their customers like this.

I first started going to Atomic bowl in May when they offered «Kids Bowl Free.» My family probably went 12 – 15 times that summer. Only complaint I have is that the associates in charge of cooking are often rude and look and talk to you like you are annoying them when you want to order some food. Recently had a birthday party for my son there and it was good for the most part. Called a few weeks in advance and when I show up, they lost my reservation and tables weren’t set up and there were no balloon arrangement. The lady up front was really nice about it and even gave us an extra thirty mins of bowling. This time the cooking staff was very friendly.

My son had his birthday party here. The staff was friendly and had the tables all set up for us. The pizza was pretty good. The kids had a lot of fun bowling and playing the video games. The prices was pretty good considering everything that you were getting.

I wont get started on the club, as i have major problems with it. We went here about 2 weeks ago as a family for bowling night and i had no idea that the bowling portion was going to be as bad of an experience as the bar portion. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Stuck us on a lane that didn’t work. My family and i wasted about 45 mins total waiting for our bowling balls that got stuck every single time, and the lady just watched. We mustve asked for help 5 times, and each time she had an employee walk up the lane to retrieve the balls that got clogged. Finally i asked her if we could move to another lane. She got really defensive and said «maybe you shouldn’t bowl so fast» bowling fast? How do you bowl too fast? You wait your turn and when the bar raises up the computer tells you its your turn. Se finally moved us but was extremely rude and we will never bowl here again.

RPD DUI patrol waits across the street while your inside getting hammered… lmao! lameee as F!!! save your money!!! in fact!!! save it for a plane ticket to LV baby!!! your always good money in Vegas. I don’t know about all you other Unilocalers but I like going to place where the vibe is positive and secure. I’ll leave it at that.

I really don’t like stepping into this building at all on the weekend. During the week I’ve never had a problem. Come Friday or Saturday it like stepping into a layer of hell. The bouncers are arrogant, racist, and aggressive bigots. The drink lines are so ridiculous; 30 minutes for 16oz drink with 1 ½ shots of booze that costs $ 10. On the weekends there are just no redeeming qualities. Stay far away.

Thursday nights are the best. from my point of view always go with a girl friend and we never leave unhappy. It is a great atmosphere for those that are willing to dance and let loose. They will always have my business! Also i love this place because it has a lot more seating then anywhere else i have been. they never disappoint me.

I only came for bowling the day after Thanksgiving… I only bowled a 105 but I’m not negating a star for that. The only gripe I had was that drink service was fairly slow for a busy afternoon. However, hard drinks were cheap.

My husband and I come here sometimes to enjoy the comedy. Lastnight was one of the better comedies I have seen there. The staff however was a fricking joke. The security pranced around slow as hell from table to table (there were 3 of them) one guy taking id’s, one putting on braclets and one to stamp a hand. My husband and I waited 15 to 20 min before the security gaurds were done to start checking people in at the door. What a Cluster F***!!! I am really debating if i ever want to go back again. Seriously, Joker’s needs to buy the 3 guys their own ID machines and let them split up to get people in a little quicker than 15 min. One last thing the waitress at our table in the comedy room argued with me that she had served my husband a drink when she did not. Our waitress then went to get someone else to deal with her issue. Two times this other gal came back to check on what was going on. Our original waitress never appologized to my husband about the misunderstanding, nor did she check on our table anymore after the incident. Finally, when we were getting ready to close out our tab we had to wait 20 min after comedy and STILL no waitress or bill. We ended up closing out our own tab in the bar. I think next time I will head to Diddly’s.

Wow… for all the reviews I’ve seen it seems like no one likes this place. Well from «MY» experience we have had a great time everTIME we go. The bouncers have never been rude to me. I actually am greeted when I walk in. Every club except jack didley’s has a cover so… I don’t really mind about it. Joker’s is also the only club with music videos while you dance. So I like it because even when I’m sitting I get to look at something besides other dancers. I’ve never been to the VIP section. But I hear you get drink specials if you sit there. I like Jokers and will probably keep going there while I’m still in the mood to dance.

I cannot believe this place. Its set on a corner of a pretty quiet richland street and they employ bouncers (more than you’d need for this establishment in my opinion.) with a God complex. They march around like all hell is going to break loose… They have kicked my fiancé and I out for NO GOOD REASON! Now, it would make sense if we had done something to deserve it. Never had. First time, He got kicked out after ANOTHER guy puked in the bathroom. Second time, We had 3 drinks each and they threw us out saying we were too drunk. They had three guys take my fiancé out by the arms. Literally taking him from his standing spot. It made NO sense! we were standing there talking about what we should do next. Quietly! 3 drinks! Really?
The drinks are way too expensive and have little alcohol in them. I want to at least taste a slight tinge of the stuff if I’m paying 8 dollars for it… The bar tenders don’t listen, the service is poor. This place is a disgrace. We will never go there again and have told our friends they would be wise to skip it as well. Don’t waste your time or money! Read my other reviews for the best spots in Richland!

I loved the idea of being able to go catch a comedy show on a Thursday night with friends, have some drinks, a few laughs, etc., and have some fun either discovering up and coming talent or have some fun discovering awful comedians. Either way — it’s all good. But the atmosphere at Joker’s is terrible. The «bouncers» have serious attitude — they won’t speak to you even if you are pleasant to them. (Reality check — I’m a 30-​something professional (and soccer mom) who doesn’t come off as the trouble-​making type. Mr. Bouncer: I’m fairly safe to be civil to…)
Last time at Joker’s, there was some kind of «show of force» going on, with three RPD officers standing shoulder to shoulder, arms crossed, studying the crowd. This is a huge warning sign to me that the environment is sketchy/​dangerous and since I’m just there to have a few laughs, the whole «trouble coming down» thing scares me off. Thank God for Netflix. See ya, Joker’s.

This place will do if you’re looking to wait in a huge line at the bar for drinks, pay a cover (!!!) at a bar that doesn’t deserve to charge for one, and listen to the same songs everytime you’re in there. One good thing is that I have never seen a fight, unlike some of the other fine establishments in this town. The bouncers are quick to throw people out though. Ex. I had a friend who wasn’t drinking at all, but had been thrown out before, get thrown out just because the bouncers recognized him. And seriously, a VIP section? You have to be joking.

Long drink line is long. Why is it when I order a vodka redbull they give me rockstar and dont even say anything? That would be like if I ordered a grey goose screwdriver and they put something inferior (but marketed well) like absolut in there without telling me. Redbull gives you wings and I want ‘em damnit!!!#@$ Rockstar? Pffft.

I have to give it a 4. It’s the only club in Richland. That said, I felt a gross sense of something. uncleaned tables, the backroom. I am not sure.
It took a few more weeks to open than they expected. my friend and I who thought we would get hired, did not. I later used to stop by for a drink after work elsewhere.
I was surprised how many appeared over-​served to me. and I was working under the same liquor law as they did.
