I just had a very bad experience with the staff at the salon, Fringe in the Parkway. They were super-​rude to me and gave me attitude.
I’ll quote the guy — «whatev». Whatev? That’s how you respond to someone who wishes you a nice day?! One of the ladies said something to another customer about me — as if I couldn’t hear her. Not professional (or nice) at all.
If you are looking for a good salon, I recommend you try Strandz which is also in the Parkway, or Z Place which is a really great Aveda salon in Kennewick.
