This guy missed a terrible mold and leak issue on my insureds «new» house. The inspection was done in the end of November and his report says that there was no moisture present in the attic. Had he gone in the attic as his report says he did, there is NO way he would’ve missed the abundance of mold and dry rot. The fact that he decided to skip the attic check is going to cost my insured a lot more than the $ 500 Proper Homes charged for the inspection.
