What wonderful customer service! They were very busy and couldn’t come out to help at the location having issues, but took 2 minutes to offer possible solutions to getting a cabinet lock unstuck. It worked!

The guy that came to unlock my car was awesome! He gave me a lot of helpful tips and got my car fixed fast. I had a problem just a few weeks before with another locksmith company and I was glad to have a good experience with Steebers when I needed them.

The lady I talked to on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. The problem they closed at 5:00pm I guess I am used to most buisnesses to be open till 5:30 or 6. My husband ended up using Mount’s instead to get our keys cut since we live in Kennewick and we wouldn’t be driving to Richland until the beginning of next week.
