History

Established in 2013.

Being traditional tobacco users for 20 years, we knew there had to be a better way of living! After trying other products purchased locally, we loved the concept but not the quality. After lots of research and traveling across the state we discovered that there was top of the line products available. It has become our goal to provide Tri-​Cities with premium e-​cigarette supplies, in an inviting trendy location, with friendly knowledgeable staff.

This place is the epitome of what a place like this should be. I glanced at a couple of reviews saying some negative things and I have no idea how those conclusions could have been met. The people at «The Fix» are the most knowledgable, experienced people I know. They have a fantastic selection of products. They have what is WORTH having. In an industry of bullshit cloning and a lot of janky production, I am glad to see they filter out the garbage. I am also extremely elated by the fact that they DO NOT carry anything else but their own brand of juice. There are more terrible juice producers out there than there are good ones. The Fix’s brand is the best I’ve had (and I’ve had a goddamn lot.) I will continue to go here two times a month until I am unable to go there, or they are unable to serve me (which I might add they do so with almost scary speed in throwing together my juices.) Always a friendly crowd to be around. Im glad I have this place to go to.

I tried to help an elderly friend by buying a mod from this shop. I asked about a price match or a discount this mod is $ 40.00 everywhere online and they wanted $ 60. Im cool with them not willing to budge on the price, but to give me attitude about it… to be downright rude was unacceptable.

The Fix is a great place to pick up your vaping supplies. The prices are excellent and fair, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is clean and comfortable.
The best thing about The Fix is the quality of their «juice». I have used a number of different brands through an Aspire BDC tank as well as a Kangar tank, and The Fix’s «house» brand, which they make themselves, is by far the most consistent in quality I have tried yet. It doesn’t discolor, even through a well used coil (without dry burning, even). Gandalf’s tobacco and Johnny Appleseed are excellent, light flavors, by the way.
The also appear to have a full set of equipment to maintain vaporizers and while I haven’t had to use that part of their service, I have seen them jump right up to help those who need help in that regard.
The Fix is my regular vape shop now, and easily earned my business from the shop in Kennewick south of the mall.

Only sell their own juice line but have a few worthy flavors. Not the place to get advice about mods or building functional atomizers. The owner and associates seems to have very little grasp of the capabilities of his products. While having an attractive store front the business seems to not to do well at a personal level. Out of my three transactions here, two were based in rudeness. Also, beware of clones

The owner is a know-​it-​all who bad mouths other vapor shops, and tells people that their builds are unsafe if it ohms at anything under 4.0. It’s sad the way he spreads rumors and gossip to customers and doesn’t even give correct vaping advice. I wouldn’t set foot in that shop again if you paid me. Terrible business ethics.

I’m very impressed with this store! Classy, clean and very helpful people. I was really impressed with the menu presented to me… looks like a high class restaurant menu! When trying samples, I was given a sanitary cover, not just and alcohol wipe to clean the sample!

I visited The Fix recently with a friend, both of us with the aim of buying replacement cartomizers. The staff were casual but helpful and knowledgeable and we both got what we needed following some good advice and sampling some of the house liquids. Being a n00b I tended to enjoy the mellow and basic flavours more but my friend was quite pleased with several of their exotic blends. Him being from out of town he also mentioned that the prices here at The Fix are more reasonable than what he can expect at home.
