I would be aware of their service at the St. Louis Galleria location. Their manager John Dem told me that they use screen replacements from random manufactures that are not apple approved. So they cannot guarantee the quality of the product. I tried to get my iPad 3 screen replaced and the screen keeps popping off the screen therefore exposing internal wiring and system. I went back to the store and they popped it back in and then before I even left the store the screen popped off again. Very overall poor quality and repair service. The people who worked didn’t even apologize about the inconvenience but made up bunch of excuses. Not even one apology! I was just so upset and disappointed! I told them I am going to write a review and they said go right ahead! Very bad attitude and bad customer service. Be very aware!
