Located in the Richmond Mall, this location was not easy to get to. Traffic was awful. I ended up being 10 minutes late, CALLED to say that I was late, showed up just for them to say «the doctor is going home now. So… sorry.» No one called to tell me that the doctor was leaving NOR did they think to tell me when I CALLED THEM TO SAY I WAS STILL ON THE WAY! It was highly unprofessional. I called an alternate location and they were willing to see me right away and gave me a discount for my troubles.
