Fantastic place. Short wait, fast service, and best prices in the area. Engaging staff. Competent and trustworthy people work here. Best auto service I’ve had in my 40 years of life. Can’t believe it took me 3 years to find this place.

I hate most shops TBH which is why I do my own work but sometimes I need a little help I’m human! Came to them about 2 months back they help me out big time with my truck were knowledgeable and actually wanted to help me! They weren’t just robots and I wasn’t a dollar sign to them like it is at most shops! Also didn’t hurt my wallet with what I was charged! I would and have recommend them to everyone that ask about a problem with their vehicle they can’t fix on their own! Thank You again!

What a terrible experience with this company last month on the way home from a long vacation in Florida. It was on a Saturday and worse yet Halloween night (October 31)
Our alternator broke and they were the closest auto repair shop from the gas station where we stopped at. They did a quick diagnosis and narrowed it down to the alternator. We arrived a little after 2 and they were closing at 3. The owner called around and said there were no parts available around the area including Savannah and they could get on on Monday (we would have to stay the weekend). With 2 young ones, staying in Richmond hills at least surrounding this shop was not the safest option.
He quoted us close to 700 for the part and labor, which is double the normal price. Chatting with one of his employees, they talked about the Georgia game later that day and not missing it.
They proved that they would not go above and beyond to help a family with little kids and misinformed to us about not having the part in the area. (We found a few parts dealership that had it.)
If your wondering what happened to us, we found another company to assist and were able to make it home that same evening.

H & L Auto and Tire is my «go to» place for all my automotive needs. The staff is very friendly, the shop is extremely clean and has a huge waiting area with comfortable seating and I always leave there with a feeling that they really care about their customers and have a lot of pride in the service they provide! I love supporting businesses in my local community, especially when the product/​service is worth the price! I consider myself a loyal customer!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. We’ve used them twice now and each time they’ve been super professional, very affordable, and military friendly. This last time they saved us from spending a fortune on new tires from another «affordable» tire place in town who were charging us a RIDICULOUS price. H and L gave me the same service for much less AND a 5% discount on top. My car is running great thanks to these guys. If you want mechanics who won’t gouge you AND provide timely, professional service– this is the place to go.

Mike was extremely helpful and very nice. I have a busy schedule so when I finally made it to the shop, he stopped what he was doing to take care of my car right away. The waiting room was clean and cozy as well.

Good work, affordable prices, honest and trustworthy. Been there a half dozen times with different problems with three different vehicles. Always treated well and often given good options to save money. Twice I have seen them take exceptionally good care of interstate travelers from I-​95, such that it left the travelers thankful they had happened to stop there for help. Taking care of them rather than taking advantage of them!
