I got into 2 accidents and brought my car to this shop. I must say they are very professional, knowledgeable, and were able to help me out with all of my questions. I was a nervous wreck and had no clue as to how to fix my car trouble. The place was very clean and organized with a small waiting area. Eddie and his staff were able to attend to my needs. They provided a tow truck, rental services, and not to mention an immaculate car repair. They are reasonably priced and I recommend using their body shop for any car problems you might have. Regency collision does GREAT work!

Getting into an accident is never pleasant. However, this shop handles everything with ease and is very friendly. Eddy helps you out with everything from A-​Z. Matt helps you with your rental car and it’s so much better and less of a hassle to deal with them than it is with other rental companies. I highly recommend and refer all my friends here. By far the most professional and legit shop I’ve worked with. I just got my Infiniti back after I was rear ended and they did an amazing job repairing the damage. My car was also damaged last year and the work they did the first time around was very impressive (not one complaint and I’m very picky). I can drop my car off and not have to worry about it until the repair is completed because I know the work they do is amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for professional and high end work. I’m so satisfied with their work, I can guarantee that I would never take my car to any other shop!

The best place I’ve ever taken my car. First let’s start off by saying they are so clean! I am a girl so that’s important to me. I don’t want someone with greasy black hands approaching me. This isn’t even the best thing about them… I lease cars so the work has to be perfect!
A couple of years ago I brought my Honda to them and you couldn’t even tell there was damage to begin with. Of course that’s what you hope for when bringing your car to be fixed. So now I have a Benz and when someone defaced my baby, I kindly called Eddie!
Both, he and my insurance company both said it would be ready in 6 days but he was able to get the work done in 5! (I missed my car so much so yes this was amazing to me). the work IS amazing AND they cleaned my car from top to bottom. I spilled 16 oz of purple smoothie in my cream interior car and they got everything out FREE OF CHARGE.
He also has rental cars right at the shop so you can do everything all in one place.

It was only by sheer luck and circumstances that I was fortunate enough to find this amazing body shop. My father’s car was involved in a fairly nasty accident only a block away from Regency. I met with the owner Eddie who was gracious enough to stop what he was doing at the moment and give a fair and thorough estimate on the vehicle. I left the car with Regency and went about my business expecting the car back in 1 – 2 weeks time. It was to my surprise that I got the car back within one week. But the real shock was the fact that they gave me back the car in such condition that I was unable to believe that was the car I had dropped off. We are the original owners of the car and it looked better then the day we took it home from the show room back in the late 90’s. People that park in the same garage as us have asked on several occasions if we bought a new car.
Next time it was my car that needed work. One extremely hot summer afternoon I get rear ended on the highway with such force that the entire back side of my car is caved in up until the back seat. Thankfully everyone was alright. However, the car needed a ton of work and it is a relatively new car. I was sure that it would never look/​drive the same. Eddie, assured me that they would have it all taken care of and I could relax. I left feeling optimistic that the car was with Regis and I knew the kind of work they were capable of. Sure enough even earlier than I had expected I got a call to come pick up the car. I get to the shop and once again I simply can’t believe what I’m seeing. I’m literally standing there thinking to myself that they ran and bought an exact replica of my car in perfect condition. Literally looks better than the day. The car drives fine and exactly as it did before.
It’s never good to be in an accident or have to deal with the aftermath. But when you own a vehicle odds are at some point you will have to one way or another. I recommend the Regency body shop over every other body shop. The owner Eddie and his staff are extremely professional and patient. They answered all my questions and handled all of the insurance paperwork. I basically sat back drank coffee and they handled everything!

Had a little bumper bender a couple of weeks ago.
Went here and got an estimate, with a price I thought was fair, with the caveat that when the bumper is removed, it may reveal more damage, thus raising the total cost.
Well, there was additional damage revealed, but the additional cost seemed fair to me.
The car was dropped off on Monday and was ready on Friday (the repair lasted a little longer then they estimated).
Picked the car up, and it looked like it had never been in an accident, which is all you can ask for.

They are very professional and work quick on getting your car back to looking brand new. I am very pleased to have trusted them after a co worker recommended them, and I am very pleased with their work. I will bring my current or any future cars here again without any hesitation if needed, and will definitely recommend their service to family and friends. They also have good relationships with insurance adjusters/​inspectors, so that process gets done really quickly. If you need a loaner while your car is being fixed, they can connect you with the Enterprise a couple of blocks away, and ensure that you get well taken care of. This was my first time coming to Regency Collision and my expectations were exceeded, and their customer services was excellent.

Regency was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. I see now why he spoke so highly about this place. The professionalism and courtesy that Eddie and his guys showed me was amazing. Finding a good and honest auto repair shop is extremely difficult. After my last experience with dishonest and inexperienced shop, I decided to ask around. I was informed that regency was a top of the line, trustworthy shop. Once arrived I was greeted by Eddie, the manager, he answered all 100 questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. He advised me that it would take 1.5−2 weeks to get my car and I did!!! Not only did I get it on time but it was just as new. The only drawback is that they’re open till 3 on Sundays.

My experience with Regency Collision was Excellent
Unfortunately I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and had experienced a tremendous shock, my car damages were horrible.
Eddie, who is the manager of Regency Collision had helped me tremendously. In about 30 minutes after arriving to the shop, I had rental car ready and all the documents filled out as well. It took about 2 weeks to get my car back, the car looked incredible. These people are truly the best at what they do!!!
