Laser Mark-It

I stopped in on Aug 4^th, on my way thru town, to go camping. I prefer to shop locally, if I have the option, rather than online. I was in need of a couple of name badges. Yvonne said that she could have it done, by Monday afternoon (Aug 10^th), on my way home from camping. When I returned, they weren’t done. She offered to ship them to me. I asked if I would have them by Thursday. She said, «I will make sure that you have them, by Thursday.» Thursday came, and yet I had not received them. So, I called the shop. She said, that she had not sent them out yet. I asked for a refund, and rather than refunding my card, she mailed me a check. I had left two messages, asking about my refund, and she didn’t return either of them. It wasn’t until I left a negative feedback on their Facebook page, was left, that she decided to respond to inquiries. If you want prompt or honest service, you should choose a different shop.

I had a gift voucher from a friend for $ 50 to this place. They had so many options to choose from when trying to find something. The lady working here was very friendly and helpful when trying to help me pick out what I wanted. Eventually I picked out a granite heart and a picture I wanted. They laser engraved our picture onto the heart and I had it within 3 days. I’d go back here again to get a wedding gift of i needed one
