1200 West Marshall is a brand new, urban-​loft lifestyle, keeping today’s student needs in mind. This newly constructed off-​campus apartment community was built to enhance students’ social and educational experiences while attending colleges and universities in Richmond, VA. We offer luxury in walking distance to VCU Monroe Park Campus. We offer individual leasing that includes a full bath in each bedroom. Apartments have high-​end finishes and are fully furnished including 40″ flat screen TV, and full size washer/​dryer. The building offers an outdoor courtyard with gas grills, hammock lounge area, large screen TVs with sound system, and fire pit. We also offer 24 hour access to a state-​of-​the-​art fitness center, study rooms, yoga studio, movie lounge, and clubhouse with billiards, foosball, and ping pong.
