Absolutely the worst arbys I have ever been to. We stopped by while we were traveling. We made this mistake of choosing this place for dinner. Two items on our order were wrong, the place was a mess and they had absolutely no napkins. The manager seemed like she doesn’t care. I watched her tell an employee to lie to a customer and also watched her remove a sandwich from a bag and place it into another persons order which I believe ended up being mine since my sandwich was cold. Absolutely will be contacting corporate and will not be stopping here again.

The mt. dew was empty. I informed them still not seen it refilled. Also the ketchup pump was out. They gave me packets. They are friendly but that does not change the fact. The floor in the rating area is dirty and has napkins laying on it. My son picked up other peoples garbage left by the sir job fountain. Sad that the worker that keeps coming over to fill drinks did not so that. This place needs the pay attention to the the small details.
