Picked up a beautiful low mileage vehicle, the Car Fax report in the dash and a helpful salesman Victor who let me spend all of the time I wanted in making my choice. I left a few dealerships due to the salesman not understanding that a proper vehicle inspection is warranted prior to vehicle purchase, Victor gave me all of the space I needed and time with the vehicle. After presenting him with a fair assessment of the vehicle this guy drops the price another $ 1,000! Who gives a buyer a price lower to what they were willing to pay? Kudos to making sure I by my next vehicle from you! I can tell that Victor has the customer service acumen to tailor himself appropriately to the different people he interacts with. A young man that loves God and who is free to give him blessings, excellent customer service skills, and some swag to round it out makes for a comfortable and entertaining auto buying experience. With all that being said the financing is equivalent in comparison. I worked with the Finance Manager Mayra, she work with me and my situation to get me the best terms and I can only say that because I visually observed her in doing so. She was very easy to talk to, friendly and professional. I can not attest everyone will have the same experience but I can say I am sure they are consistent with they level of professionalism they display and they communicated with me with real numbers and not hypotheticals. In my experience they made more concessions for me and how I wanted to go about my auto buying experience than the other comparable dealerships I had visited in search of my new vehicle. I knew the car I wanted the mileage I wanted and what I wanted to pay but to be able to come to a fair agreement with no hassles… priceless.
