Great Tow Company. Been towed by Blackfork before and unfortunately just had to be pulled out of the snow. Honest, Helpful, and reliable. Definitely recommend.

My love & I had a scary experience yesterday. We went to pick up some items in Burlington for our kitchen renovation. When we were on Rt. 2 in Richmond, we heard terrible noises coming from the front tire… the wheel bearing went! I was a nervous wreck! Anyway, when I called Blackfork towing, a gentleman named Rod answered. He was professional, helpful and VERY fast! When he showed up, he reassured me that he would take care of everything, & get our car to our preferred garage. Thanks so much!

I was traveling through Vermont in early February when heading to burlington I hit black ice and needed a tow. This tow company was the first one I called and the one I would call again and again. It was a snowy night so I’m sure he was out all day. The driver who I believe was the owner, was nothing but helpful. I’m from New York so I didn’t even know a good auto body shop in the burlington area. He even went as far as dropping me off at my hotel and helping me unload my stuff. Hands down best tow service iv had to deal with and I don’t have much luck with cars. The rates were more then fair as well. I’d support this business. Honest and friendly.

Ive known rod for years but never had to use his services. when my sons car broke down at a dangerous spot on I89 Rod was there in minutes and safely retrieved the car and got it to the mechanic. He’s fast, calm, friendly, capable and has all the right gear. If you find yourself in need of a tow, I highly recommend Rod and Blackfork Towing.

Call pretty much any other towing company, they’ll provide much better service! I was driving up to visit a friend in Burlington when my car got stuck in a ditch. Due to the fact that it was a Sunday many businesses were closed so I called Blackfork assuming that due to the fact that their business name included 24 hour towing in it they would be willing to help me. Boy was I wrong! When they answered my call the driver stated that he didn’t want to drive out to where I was as he thought it was «too long of a drive» for him to undertake. He said if he got another call in the same area maybe he would consider going out there. Although he did recommend another towing service it was already one that I had tried to call 4 times previously, each time only reaching their answering machine (as it was a Sunday and thus was closed). All in all maybe you shouldn’t put 24 Hr towing in your business name if you aren’t willing to leave and help someone out on a Sunday.

Im a month late writing my review but wanted to say Black Fork was amazing, I locked myself out of my apartment at 10:30pm and there were no complaints on having to bother him so late. He was VERY nice and personable… the other 24 hours lock smith I called said I needed to come pick him up cause he just got a DUI, not so awesome!
I highly recommend these guys, quick, great price and friendly service!

This guy is the greatest! He was very polite and patient on the phone, and I’m grateful for that! Not everyone is an authority on locks like this guy :)
After sending a few photos of our confusing Conference Room Conundrum, he advised us on how to try to fix the problem ourselves and it worked like a charm!
I’ll definitely be calling this guy henceforth for all my locksmithing needs! I heard he also tows vehicles :)
