Established in 2013.

Dr. Kitty Boitnott is a former teacher and librarian who retired from Henrico County Public Schools in 2012. Boitnott Coaching, LLC was established in April of 2013 in an effort to offer high quality, professional, and confidential coaching services to those who find themselves in career transitions, life transitions, or stuck in situations that include jobs, relationships, or health issues.

Dr. Kitty Boitnott, NBCT is a retired teacher and librarian who has a passion for K-​12 public education and public school educators. She has translated her passion for helping students and teachers into helping a broader community of individuals who are experiencing high levels of stress in their lives whether it is because of work, home, or other issues that may be causing physical symptoms that detract from living a joy filled life.
