Capitol Rehab is the only Physical Rehabilitation center using Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization in the state of Virginia. Initially developed to rehabilitate neurological disorders, this innovative approach uses a unique form of gentle manual manipulation to relieve pain and spinal instabilities. History

Established in 2007.

Dr. Mayer came to Richmond, and specifically to Gold’s Gym, after twenty-​five years of private practice in New York. Since 1996, he has concentrated his practice on «rehabilitative medicine.» As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, he has worked with athletes at every level of sports, from the weekend warrior to the elite athlete.
