This is by far one of my favorite locations! The staff is friendly and welcoming and truly never mind giving you a little extra if you ask for it. Even even when they are crowded they still get the line moving pretty quickly! The chicken salad with the honey vinaigrette is tops on my order list!

This location of chipotle is pretty busy compared to any other ones. I have been disappointed the last few times that I came here as they are being really cheap about putting the ingredients in their bowls. First they used to stuff them up but now you have to tell them to put more of the rice, beans, cheese etc. Gotta look for a different chipotle if this continues.

I come here every week. Online ordering process needs improvement. Placed order about fifteen minutes before arrival. The walk in area was empty, but the online ordering area was very backed up. Waited an additional 25 minutes for them to actually make my order whole watching a few dozen walk in customers get served. Cashier/management made no attempt to rectify situation. The strangest part? Our food was cold. Very disappointing experience.

I love eating at Chipotle every once in a while. They are pretty consistent with their food and service but last Monday I went and the barbacoa was very dry. This won’t drive me away from the place, but I couldn’t finish the meal that day. It’s usually good but inconsistency stands out to me.

The food is great as expected from Chipotle and at this particular location the staff is very friendly and nice :) also the burrito is not as expensive as other Chipotles: o awesome! It’s clean and the food looked very fresh! Like it was JUST made :) yum!

Even though it works like an assembly line they were accommodating of my indecision and kids change of mind(chips instead of fruit). The air condition is a bit strong but more than welcome on this hot summer day. Solfritas have enough spices that I didn’t need to add Tabasco(I did anyway). A great stopover for lunch on the way back from the science museum. I hope they’ll take apple pay soon.

I feel strange reviewing a «fast food place» — like I’m that lady who likes to write reviews on Olive Gardens and Applebee’s but I just had to tell somebody about my EXCELLENT experience at this Chipotle.(I’m not kidding, I’m still eating my salad right now as I type this!) I have been to every Chipotle within a 15 mile radius of my work(which is about 5) and none of them compare to this Chipotle. Yes, it’s INSANELY busy because it’s in Willow Lawn and around a ton of businesses, but I swear I was in and out in 5 minutes or less! The parking was a bit iffy, but that’s to be expected at lunch time around that area. I ordered online and went to pick it up at their designated pick-up register(which I think is so awesome that they have a separate register for online orders! I haven’t seen that in any of the others). The girl working there was just the best, you can tell when people actually enjoy their job! She introduced herself as Ayanna and asked if it was my first time visiting this Chipotle(it was), and said she might be following up to see how my experience was. She was the most friendly, sweet, bubbly person, and I REALLY appreciated her attitude. I put a request on my order asking for extra pico de gallo and she even showed me the salad as she was preparing it and asked if it was enough pico for my liking! I tell ya what, there are some other Chipotle’s in the area that are so skimpy that I really appreciated the extra effort! The food tasted super fresh, and they definitely didn’t skimp on anything like the other Chipotle that shall-not-be-named(hint: it’s near a VERY busy shopping mall). But seriously, Ayanna you’re my girl. haha I’ll definitely be back to this Chipotle…

The food is typical not the best tasting but it is quick to receive your food. It is loud while ordering so things are messed up often. But it is still a good place to go and grab quick Mexican ish food. Please keep your iced tea filled and avoid the attitude when you are let known it is empty.

Chipotle food can be very simply summarized: amazing, plentiful, delicious. It’s the other factors(aka service, parking, interior) which set different locations apart from one another. This particular location allows you to order ahead for pick up, which is convenient. I took advantage of this on my trip and managed to skip the line, and my food was kept in a warmer so it was still in good shape when I left with it. One of the sauce containers leaked a significant amount of its contents, so be sure you thoroughly check your bags before you leave; I narrowly avoided getting salad dressing on my car seat by violating this rule. Service here is quite good, and reasonably quick. I recall how busy it was during their Halloween cheap burrito event though they still moved through that line rapidly. The location itself is right off of Broad near the Willow Lawn complex, so getting here is a cinch if you’re traveling west on Broad. If it’s a particularly busy time, you may have a hard time finding a space in the rear lot, though the small streets around them tend to have a bit of parking open as well. Let’s be honest, this isn’t your first time here: you either love Chipotle or you hate it. That said, if you’re still reading, you love it like I do and just want to know if this location is a good one. So, right to the punch: it is! Enjoy your burrito/salad/bowl! Overall: 5.0 stars — — — — Pros: — Excellent food without exception. — Good and QUICK service. — Ordering take out ahead online is available and wise to do. — Parking is available and only dissipates during high volume times. — Pricing is standard for Chipotle and reasonable considering how much bulk you’re getting in your burrito. Cons: — Check your bag if you ordered ahead, sometimes the contents aren’t as contained as they ought to be.

This location is near my office and in the heart of the lunchtime insanity that is the Willow Lawn shopping center area. During the heavy lunch rush, it’s often difficult to find a parking space, either in their parking lot behind the store or on the adjacent street. However, if you plan it right and show up near the end of the common lunch hours(around 12:45, 1:30, etc.) you’ll probably be alright. Either way, the line moves pretty quickly. Now, let’s talk about the food. I don’t go to Chipotle because I want authentic Mexican. I go to Chipotle because I want Chipotle. I know what to expect when I walk through the doors: fresh ingredients, prepared in-house, with delicious results. I usually get a burrito and have recently discovered their sofritas, which is delicious, while also being vegan! I discovered that Chipotle will let you mix the filling so I’ve tried sofritas with chicken and most recently sofritas with the grilled vegetables. It’s a delicious flavor combination, especially when you add the salsas to the mix. I dropped a star in my rating because the last few times I’ve been, the dining area has been a bit dirty. Not«gross» dirty but«could be cleaner» dirty. Send someone to wipe down the tables and empty the trash throughout the lunch rush, not just at the end of it.

I love chipotle– healthy, fast, cheap. A college students dream. Highly customizable burritos and variations on burritos allows for it to suite all tastes. Additionally, this chipotle has excellent seating. They have an outdoor patio when weather allows for it, too.

This place is great for«fast & healthy»! It gets my vegetarian seal of approval. :) Every time I have ever eaten there it always tasted fresh and it satisfying! It is often hard being a vegetarian to find a «fast» food type place with a delicious options — this ticks the boxes! I love both the bowl or the burrito style… the burrito can be a bit messy — just be warned! & if you aren’t on your lunch break — its awesome that you can have an «adult» beverage with your meal. It is very affordable — you can eat there for under $ 10 bucks(doesn’t count a drink or chips). Plus– I like the fact that they even though they serve meat it is all very on the up & up. They use free range, and hold themselves to an ethical standard. Definitely worth a try :)

Very quick lines even with a lot of people. The burritos are enormous for the price. Tons of different choices as far as meats, sides and sauces. The parking lot is very convenient for the location just watch out parking next to the building the cops sometimes give tickets if your too close to the no parking sign. But other than that this place is really great for a fast food restaurant.

Summary: Chipotle is an increasingly popular chain of semi-fast food Mexican Food, and this particular location is no different. Price: Just about all items are about $ 6.50, give or take a quarter. Taste: I’ve been a fan of Chipotle since I frequented the one in Rochester, NY for the last couple years. I’m glad that the Chipotle at this location is as delicious as my previous experiences. The chicken was tender and not grisly or undercooked, and the rice wasn’t dry like I’ve noticed on occasion at aforementioned NY location. Atmosphere: It’s a bit more spacious than other Chipotles I’ve seen, and the addition of a Parking Lot on West Broad street is welcomed. Everyone seemed pretty chill there as they enjoyed their meal. Not important to the actual review, but there were some pretty cute birds jumping around the back of the patio which was amusing to watch too. Service: The lines were long but surprisingly moved very quickly. The line staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with. One of the staff even commented on how she liked my Fiancée’s glasses. Overall: So far, I’m a fan of this location. I haven’t tried the one further up West Broad where I’m living, so I can’t compare them(or any of the other half dozen in the area!), but I thought this location runs a solid show. I’d go back.

Im generally not a big fan of fast food. I think this type of restaurant should not be considered fast food, by any stretch. Everything is made more or less with portions of rice, vegetable, and meat. I would definitely recommend their vegetarian burrito. If you add some lime juice with it and Tabasco Chipotle Sauce, you will never go back to regular burritos again– Im not kidding ya.

I love Chipotle, hands down. This location is excellent because it’s always busy(which means the food is fresh) yet I never have trouble finding a nice spot to sit and people watch. The service is fast and I find the staff relatively friendly. This location is also close to other stores. If you’re in the mood to grab a quick bite to eat and then off to get some coffee or study, this is a good starting ground. Just be warned that parking can be a bit tight at times.

Absolutely love this place for lunch… This one seems to get you through the line so quickly and effortlessly. My food is always perfect and piping hot. I got the chicken bowl with black beans and lime rice… Absolutely delicious… I wanted to lick my fingers. Topped it off with the chips… Yummy lunch.

Oooh thats right, 5 stars! I was going to give it a 4, and then I thought, what’s wrong with this place? Nothing! The food is always delicious, they have a parking lot(yay!) and everyone who works there seem pretty cool. The last time I went there with Ryan C. I had been drinking all day and the guys behind the counter started singing Lady Gaga and saying how much they liked her. Let me tell you, that made my night. When I’m not super hungry, I get the kids menu quesadilla and it comes with chips and 2 sides. Its a pretty good deal, money-wise, and it was perfect for drunken munchies. I get sour cream and guacamole on the side and FEAST! :) If you go during peak times(lunch — 12 – 2, dinner — 6 – 8), there will be a long line but normally it moves pretty fast.

Crispy chicken tacos is all I ever get here, and they are always fresh and delicious! I love that Chipotle sells beer, too. Nothing like a Negra Modello to wash down Mexican food! Mmm! Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Pros: You can get a normal, big burrito Tasty and fast. Offers many choices of ingredients to customize food. I know what I’m getting when I eat here. Cons: Its a chain owned by McDonalds. Not authentic. The burritos are overstuffed with too much rice. The burritos aren’t rolled tightly and fall apart.
