The stems on my arrangement were cut so short that it was impossible to keep the water level high enough to keep them alive.

I could not be happier with the service I received today. I walked in at the last minute to order flowers and they could not have been nicer or done a better job. They had my order ready in 15 minutes and the flowers were beautiful.

My husband & I used Coleman Brother Flowers for our wedding in September 2012 and had a pleasant experience. They were very helpful & accommodating. Our wedding was on a Sunday and although they are closed on Sunday’s we was able to schedule a time to pick or flowers the morning of our wedding. We were very pleased with our floral arrangements (my bouquets were everything I wanted!) and the care shown to our flowers ordered in bulk.

I’ve had coleman brothers delivered many times in the past. And they hadn’t let me down except once. A funeral for a family member. The arrangements were embarrassing. Nothing like we expected. Can’t recommend them any longer.

Cindy at Coleman Bros did the flowers for my daughter’s wedding and they far exceeded our expectations. The bridal and bridal party bouquets were perfect and the table arrangements BEAUTIFUL ! ! !

Coleman Brothers Florist ruined my special occasion! I had ordered flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday to deliver to her job. They did not deliver the flowers directly to her, and she did not receive them on her birthday. Upon contact with the company the next day, they told me that they would not refund ANYTHING due to the fact that they «tried their best to get it to her.» I was transferred to the owner, Tim Wilkinson, and he was the rudest person I had talked to all day. I asked for a refund because she had not received her flowers and he told me that he would not refund me anything because they left the flowers at the front desk and it was not their fault they didn’t make it to her (btw they left the flowers at the front desk of a hospital with 3000 employees). When I asked again for a refund he laughed and then he hung up on me! I had given them a specific room number and her phone number at work and asked them to only deliver to her and to make sure she got them in hand.
Now she has no flowers, and I’m out $ 50.
I called back and asked if they would just refund the delivery fee of $ 7. They refused. I called back a third time and they cut me off mid-​sentence and put me on hold for 15 minutes! Their website states a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When I asked about this, they said «We don’t control our website, a third party company does that, so we are not responsible for anything they write on there.» Apparently they don’t care about your satisfaction as a customer, only your money. What horrible customer service. I used them because I wanted to support a family owned business, and I got worse customer service than standing in line at Wal-​mart at 3am.
If you value your special occasion at all, then don’t use COLEMAN BROTHERS FLORIST. Period.

I ordered through Teleflora and Coleman Bros. filled the order — we got a $ 79.00 «arrangement» that contained 13 flowers, was 7″ across and nothing like the Teleflora picture. Previously I used Coleman Brothers through the company I worked for and was generally happy, after this latest experience, won’t use them again. Complained to Teleflora and they replied that Coleman Brothers feel the 13 flowers that were delivered were up to par — fail.

If you need to send flowers anywhere… USE THEM!!! Coleman Brothers is wonderful. The staff are every attentive to your needs. I call and tell them how much I want to spend and where it is going and they do the rest. Everything that comes out of their shop is perfect. I sent a dish garden to a friend of the family and it was beautiful. If you want to be specific with your order, that’s fine too. For my daughter’s birthday, I asked them to send her flowers and told them she liked butterflies. The arrangement was in a blue and white bowl with hand painted butterflies on it. In the flowers they had placed butterfiles suspended on wires and there were 2 balloons that also had butterflies. It made my daughter cry. That was 5 years ago and she still has the bowl. I have never been dissappointed with anything they have sent.
