DO NOT COME HERE!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER!!! NUNCA NUNCA NUNCA!!!
They treated me like dirt. I never got help when I wanted to order and I am pregnant. They have no respect and terrible customer service!!! I waited in the front to be seated for 15 mins and NO ONE said, «One moment please!!!» They just walked past me!!!

Love their 24 hour cart. Their tacos are DELICIOUS (spicy pork is my favorite), great prices. Service is meh. There have been times where I have waited 30+ minutes for tacos and there was only 1 person in front of me. But those tacos have got me coming back!

Definitely my go to Mexican restaurant in Richmond. Grew up not too far from here and this was one of the places to go for good, quality, Mexican food. My favorite is probably the tostada salad bowl. Service is friendly and efficient.

I ordered a SUPER CHICKEN BURRITO W no beans
i went home unraveled the foil and my SUPER burrito was SUPER SMALL?!
My man ALWAYS gets our burritos here and when he come home they’re well, SUPER. We get the same sgit every time. so WHY when i order my usual today its SMALL AF?!
I go back and tell them I want my money back bc I DONT LIKE THE BURRITO its supposed to be super and it aint shit. i honestly thought it was kids size or something.
RUINED MY DAY, APPETITE AND STILL HUNGRY.
They could have simply and FRIENDLY REMAKE IT *IF they cared about REPEAT customers– Obviously NOT. FUCKING HATE THIS PLACE NOW!

I decided to try this restaurant one more time with the hopes of getting decent food. For starters we walked in into a group of people apparently having a good time, they were loud but i didn’t think much of it. We sat down and wait for a while to get some attention even though there were only two other families in there, we should’ve walked out then. After we order our drinks the loud group we walked into got louder and louder cursing and yelling to what I asked the waitress to have them tone it down. Who wants to dine hearing such things right? (This restaurant is advertised as family, kids and quiet after all) the waitress makes this drag face at my request and goes to ask them to quiet down, these people got even louder and started to curse even more! Things like I don’t give a f*** if there are kids and stuff like that. One would think the people at this restaurant would do something about it, but no, they did absolutely nothing! The food was ehh the wet burrito was okay but the Milanesa was old and chewy.
Anyway, if you are one of those disrespectful, obnoxious, loud person who likes to drink a lot without having anyone to tell you and do nothing about it this is the place for you!

I ordered from the truck, a Carne Asada burrito with extra onion and cilantro, I guess that was irritating because my burrito had the entire butt of the onion in it. Nice after 30 minutes of waiting!

Food is good, but service is usually on the slower side. The 4 stars is for the food. The service itself is normally anywhere from 2 – 3 stars. Waitresses seem uninterested at times.

The service is very slow, not great service neither. We ask for something and they gave us something else. Had to get up and ask for my check and the waitress took forever to ring me up. I rather just had gone to McDonald’s.

I absolutely love that shrimp cocktail frio and the huge Cheladaz they hit the spot after a night of one too many lol. … only thing is sometimes it can be a really long wait even if you call and order it before for a pickup so make sure you call in advance if you’re going to try and pick up an order out

I was actually quite impressed with the food here. I had been here once before years ago and don’t quite remember how I felt about it. So as long as I didn’t hate it, I am willing to give it another shot. We had the pozole and the molcajete the cranes. it has asada, chicken, and chorizo. I liked everything minus the chicken, overall it was good, but the meat was very limited. The beans were amazing! The pozole was actually decent, I would go back for it again. The one disappointing thing was large michelada, called Chabela? It supposedly has 2 beers, that was questionable and the proportions of beers, salt lemon and clamato were off. Quite disappointing, I would not recommend. They also placed a disgusting little unveiled shrimp on this, it could have been better without this nasty little creature. Overall food was good, I would go and try other dishes, the rating may improve if I find other yummy plates.

The servers are really slow. A good 10 min went by before they took our order. It took us about 20 min to eat, then we waited about more 15 min after we were done for the check, then had to flag down a different waitress to ask for the check. Waited probably another 15 more minutes before she came by with the check. Over all had to wait like half an hour to pay for our food. And the place wasn’t even busy.
The food wasn’t great either. I got a wet burrito, and it had a TON of salt in it. Almost couldn’t eat it. I maybe ate half of it. Also, I asked for grilled chicken, and they gave me carnitas.
The only good thing was that the machaca my gf got was good.

Absolute best Chille Rellenos in California. Other items on the menu are excellent. Good for lunch when you’re real hungry. Take a togo box and you have food for another meal. Also, it doesn’t hurt that their horchata is delicious.

I gave this place another try and what a disappointment. My $ 5 reg burrito was small, bland, and had little meat.
I should of spent the money at a burger joint or at a Chinese fast food place.
I wanted to love it but major fail.

Their refried beans are the absolute BEST! I like this place a lot, the soups are good, mostly everything that we’ve ordered here (have been here at least 5 times) is really good. Nachos are good, lots of food.

I have to say I come to this place all the time and the reason they will get 3 stars is because they do not take cards after 10pm. Although I understand I guess why, I do not think it’s a good idea. At least take ATM cards or something. Went there tonight really wanting tacos and to my dismay could not get anything. …very upsetting. So I am now on my taco journey elsewhere. …

Never came here to eat in the day time before but it’s a perfect spot to go when you need somewhere to get a late night burrito. Never even stepped foot into the restaurant to be honest. They have a 24 hour taco truck outside. I only go there and it’s always busy at night for a reason. Their burritos are something else. I recommend the el pastor burrito! It’s their best deal in my opinion. Ranges from $ 5 – 6 for a burrito that could feed two. I always split it with someone. Their tacos — you can get anywhere but give their burrito a try and you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for Birria this spot is rad. They also have some amazing special molcajete bowls that are pretty rad.

I’ve never been inside the actual restaurant, just the burrito truck attached to it. I really like their Carnitas super burrito and they’re very generous with the meat! It’s one of the few burrito trucks in Richmond that I actually like and there are many to choose from around here. The price isn’t bad for the amount of food that they give you. Other trucks charge more for a super burrito but not enough meat. Another plus for the salsa and chips they put in the bag that comes with your order.

The taco truck is just .ehh. But it hits the spot when everything else is closed. Not wild about the nachos– I usually stick to the tacos.
I eat at the restaurant quite a bit. I’ve liked everything but the pozole, but then I’m not sure I’ve ever had a restaurant pozole I’ve liked. It’s better than Portomex’s, for whatever that’s worth. (not much).
They have a lot of seafood and when I’ve ordered it I’ve been happy.
You do have to corner the waitress to get service and sometimes the TVs have been loud– either telenovelas or sports.

Servicio horrible! 20 min esperando que alguien limpie mi mesa o por lo menos llegue alguien a darme un menu, las meseras solo caminan alrededor el busser limpia una mesa y deja las demas sucias solo platican entre ellos y voltean a mirar los clientes !! Wtf vengo a gastar mi dinero no a que me regalen comida !! Usualmente ordeno para llevar pero hoy perdieron un cliente !! Y muchos mas que no voy a recomendar su servicio mediocre que tienen!
