Business Owner
Vladimir Tarabay is a lifelong resident of the Richmond, VA area. After retiring as a captain in the air nation guard (4 years active, 17 yrs reserves) Vladimir served through incidents at Panama, Guam in the Cambodia conflict, an desert storm.
After retiring he actively owns and manages FAST Bail Bonding with his family. Vladimir is also a former competitive body builder and active church member.
