I am a service worker in the mall and I stop in and shop at Finks occasionally. Just want to say that I am always greeted courteously, though I am in my work clothes and the sales staff is very helpful. One day I brought in some jewelry since my Mom passed and had no idea of its value. The manager Steve, took the time to put on his eyepiece and inspect every earring, necklace and pin. Though nothing was of any significant value, he was very kind and told me they were very nice and the pieces certainly hold sentimental value. When I have purchased there I received good value and they took a genuine interest in my need. R. Ely

Walked in and was not greeted by anyone. My friend and I had on jeans and sweaters. Appearances can be deceiving… A few workers saw that I was looking but didn’t bother asking.
