History

Established in 2012.

We started Integrity Pool and Spa in 2012 with just myself and a helper. Demand for our services allowed us to add a second truck and two great employees in 2013. In 2014, we my wife joined our company part time as office manager after maternity leave from Chesterfield Public Schools. 2015 has been the biggest year so far with the addition of our new service manager and now part owner Terry. With his 24 years of pool service experience and adding a fourth truck, we now setup to handle just about any pool issue that comes our way. Our 7 person service company has in field experience totally 55 years allowing us to quote accurately and complete service calls fast and efficiently.

With over 15 years in the swimming pool industry, I began Integrity Pool and Spa with a vision to be the Service Company of choice in the Richmond area. We would do this by providing a level of customer experience not traditionally seen in this environment. Providing effective and efficient service is a non-​negotiable. Exceeding our customers’ expectations is what has made us the «Go-​To» provider of service in Richmond.

My partner, Terry, and I continue to grow the business by committing to that vision and making our dream a reality. Adding Terry’s 24 years of pool service experience to our crew this year has allowed us to keep the quality of workmanship at its highest level while filling the overwhelming demand.
