Let Us Spray SoftWash has been serving the Richmond, VA area for over 8 years and employs the 30-​year proven «SoftWash Systems» method to gently and safely treat roofs and buildings for infestations of roof algae, bacteria, lichens, and moss.

We are a Christian, family owned and operated business. We began as an ordinary Power Washing business, however, through constant education in our industry we have evolved into a modern, state-​of-​the-​art, «SoftWash» provider.

Contractors still using power washing machines to clean your siding and fragile roof shingles, are utilizing out-​dated and «damaging» technology.

The revolution of SoftWash employs an electric agricultural chemical pump to gently deliver the cleaning solution at a pressure which is less than the average residential garden hose. Rinsing of siding is completed with the garden hose to gently wash away infestations and grime that have been loosened from the surface using our cleaning solution. Roof shingles require NO rinsing!

Hello, my name is Mark Fermoyle, proprietor of Let Us Spray SoftWash. I have over 18 years in the exterior cleaning industry and launched Let Us Spray SoftWash in November, 2004.

In addition to operating my SoftWash business I am also a full-​time, professional firefighter with the County of Henrico.

I am licensed, insured, carry Workmen’s Compensation, am A+ rated as an Accredited Business with the Richmond BBB, and am listed on Angie’s List.

I strive to operate my business according to Christian morals and work ethics.
