Lucy and her husband are just great. They do a great job, arrive on time (or if running a little late call to let you know), etc. Lucy always gets back to you in a timely manner. Very professional and very trustworthy business. I don’t think you can do any better!

Lucy’s cleaners have done an excellent job keeping our living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and stairs clean for over 3 years. During that time, we have come to appreciate their hard work and their respect for our home. We have also appreciated their willingness to adjust their schedule to meet ours and to keep us informed well in advance of any changes in theirs. Of the house cleaners we have used, Lucy’s Cleaning Services are the best by far.

Lucy is very responsive when I contacted her. Her prices are upfront with no surprises.
Her team came and were professional and got down to business once we did a walk through of my house. They were thorough with their cleaning. They wiped down, vaccuumed, and mopped everything. I’m very pleased with their hard work. Now I just need to have them come regularly!

I made the mistake of using Lucy’s services before moving out of my place on a time sensitive deadline. I called the day before and the day of to confirm the time slot and was assured everything was fine. Day of: I spent 4 hours calling Lucy asking where her cleaning ladies were only to be told they were ‘on their way’ despite never actually arriving. I had told Lucy that my walk-​through was at 3;30 and that was why I had called to confirm. If this place wasn’t clean, I would be charged the security deposit. Long story short, the women arrived after 4pm and i knew it was not their fault they had been over-​booked. I paid them for an hour but the situation was awkward and Lucy tried to act like she was more concerned about me than her employees. Her fake sympathy was lost on me as her skilled employees were having to clean up her mess. I hesitated to leave a review as I don’t want to jeopardize their jobs, but I didn’t want Lucy to leave another time-​sensitive person like myself out of luck. Being upfront and honest goes a long way. This interaction should have been solved in 20 minutes if she admitted they were nowhere near my place but instead took all afternoon. I advise anyone to not use these services. Just a mess!

I called the day before I needed the cleaning. They offer $ 90 for 1.5 hours but I went with a deep cleaning that was $ 180 for 3 hours. They were meticulous. The 2 women showed up and neither spoke English so they put me on the phone with the owner to give her directions. Everything was exactly as I wanted it. They made the guest room bed like you would expect in a 5 star hotel, the towels were folded so pretty and the toilet/​tissue paper was all folded like flowers! They were sweet and efficient. My house has never sparkled like it did when they finished. I can’t wait to call again after the holidays!

Excellent customer service! My review is a little different because I have not yet had the opportunity to have my home cleaned by Lucy’s cleaning service. Then, by an act of God, my two daughters have stepped up to take on the job. When I called Lucy back, the day before the cleaning was scheduled, I apologized for needing to cancel on short notice. Many people in her position might be noticeably irritated, but Lucy was not only understanding, she commended me on my daughters’ helpfulness and said she hoped it would go well. What a nice woman! If I need help in the future, I know right where to go!

Great service! Lucy did a great job cleaning our condo. We were getting it ready for an open house and she did wonders with the deep cleaning. I would recommend her for any of your cleaning needs. They don’t do carpets or walls though. She was very professional and gave me an estimated time of completion (as they charge per hour) and she completed the job on time. She may have gone 15 mins over but didn’t charge me the extra minutes. I believe she also does monthly cleanings as well.
She’s a very busy lady! She was great at returning phone calls and texts and was even taking calls while cleaning! She even followed up with us a month later. That’s great service! THANK YOU, Lucy!

i used Lucy’s Cleaning Service to clean my house 2x and both times I was very happy. They were a little late but they did call me a head of time to let me know so I didn’t mind; plus, it was pretty early. They cleaned my master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, play room, and kitchen. Awesome job! They cleaned my stove so well that looked brand new.
I was very happy with the service and will definitely use them again!

Lucy has been cleaning my home for almost two years, and every time she comes over, she does a great job. She’s flexible, and even when I’ve requested a different time for her to come, no matter how inconvenient it is, she makes it work.
She’s extremely friendly and nice, and I feel comfortable having her in my home even when I’m not there.

I was skeptical in terms of hearing back based on other reviews but I decided to give it a shot anynow. Lucy called me back right away and for a next day cleaning, was able to work out the schedule of her teams to have someone come to my place the next morning.
Saturday morning rolls around and Lucy’s team arrived promptly. They took a quick survey of the house and got to cleaning right away.
I was so impressed with how hard they worked and how detailed they got with cleaning the dust from my window sill to cleaning the inside of my microwave. The entire hose immediately smelled fresh and super clean. I appreciated that when it came to the bathroom, they asked if I would mind bleach and because I didn’t, the walls in my shower are like new again. They got out all the red water stains as well as the stubborn black mildew in between the tiles.
I am so impressed with Lucy’s cleaning service and will definitely be signing up for recurring cleanings with them from now on.

I’m not one to post on social media but this one I couldn’t let go. Called to schedule weekly cleaning. Paid for the first service on Saturday at $ 35 per hour/​per cleaner. They did a great job but left my front door open and my dogs ran out into the neighborhood and we had to go out and search for them. Found them thank goodness.
Decided to call back to schedule the ongoing cleaning and didn’t receive a call back. Called a second time and talked with Lucy and she said she could do Friday or Saturday and would give me a call back. No return call. Made a final attempt to reach out and again no return call.
Seems like all the company wants is the one time cleaning charge that’s done by the hour and not the maintenance cleaning. I’m 9 months pregnant and really needed the help. :-(. Hope you can be honest with your customers in the future.

Look at these amazing 5 star reviews… Why else wouldn’t I call them for a deep cleaning move-​in quote? Lucy was super nice and returned my call quickly. We spoke on Saturday and we scheduled for a meeting that Monday so she could do a walk through and give me a quote. Lucy said she would give me a call in the early afternoon to confirm our meeting time. Monday comes, I call her and leave a voicemail to see if she forgot about our meeting. I left a voicemail, no call back or anything. She totally stood me up, I made sure to clear my entire morning and early afternoon just for our meeting and pushed back my plans for today. I’m all about customer service and keeping your word as a business. It was just an extreme inconvenience, very disappointed to have been stood up by Lucy.
PS. After reading the few negative reviews, they all have one thing in common in their complaints: the lack of communication and professionalism in returning phone calls. Ha! Go figure. If you want to act like a real business, then make sure you have the basics of customer service down… Always get back to potential customers and answer your phones!

after having surgery with a long recovery time I had fallen behind in keeping up my house, unable to clean my house and my fiancé doing his best to keep up I decided to hire a cleaning service to help us both out.
I have never hired a cleaning service before and I wasn’t sure what to expect but these ladies did a great job and we’re very professional, they went above and beyond what I expected and it felt great to come home to a clean house. I will be hiring them again

Yes, Lucy’s is as good as it gets in the cleaning business. I have used them for about 5 years and the service just could not be better. That thing that happens a lot of times with cleaners? You know, they start out great and then gradually the service just trails off and your house looks like it got a «kiss and a promise». My house hates that. Well that doesn’t happen here. Great service that stays great.
Add always being punctual, accommodating and friendly and you have a 5-​star business! You won’t be disappointed.
